Hotel in Nether Stowey
This 16th century country house is on the slopes of the Quantock Hills, 15 miles from Exmoor National Park. It has quiet gardens, free Wi-Fi, free parking and a restaurant. The hotel is lovely. A lovely period building that looks great on the inside and out. The setting is amazing, with rolling fields surround the hotel. Breakfast was great, and one of the best things was the staff! They were all incredibly helpful, caring and friendly. Just an excellent stay all round.
Kilve
The Hood Arms is located in Kilve, just 21 miles from Cardiff. Guests can enjoy the on-site bar. Every room comes with a TV. Our host was lovely, helpful and informative about the area. We would have missed the beach if he hadn't told us about it. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom modern. Breakfast was great!
Nether Stowey
The Old House is a Grade II listed building and offers accommodations in Nether Stowey, with free WiFi and on-site parking. Wow! Not sure what we expected but this exceeded it! Enormous room in a beautiful house in a beautiful old village on edge of the Quantocks. Hosts are lovely people very friendly, and you have your own access to come and go as needed. Lots and lots of history with the house and its all explained in the information in the room. Room and Bathroom clean and well appointed, Mattress was the best we've ever stayed on, did not want to get up! Fantastic stay, wish we had made it longer! Breakfast superb.
West Bagborough

Pardlestone Farm B&B farmhouse B&B is located in Somerset’s Quantock Hills, just outside the village of Kilve and 1.5 miles from the beach. The location was lovely. We were in the area for a wedding but I can see how it would also be handy for walking in the area.

Overall, it is a wonderful place, pretty and charming. The cottage is immaculate and cosy. The beds are very comfortable. The decor is pleasant and light. Breakfast was excellent with a good selection of things. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We were welcomed with a hot drink and cake on arrival. The shower and quality of towels were very good. The hotel was a little way from the village and on a busy road. A car was needed. I imagine it would be a good centre for walking in the Quantock Hills.

Breakfast was delicious and the location was spot on. The hotel was nestled close to the Quantock Hills and there were plenty of walks around the area or short drive to other popular places.
