After a couple of days of camping along the NC500 with my friends, a well needed break from the outdoors was welcomed. We booked Caithness Luxury Apartment in Wick and it was perfect! It felt like home away from home. Our host Sam was available and responsive to any questions we had. Definitely highly recommended when in the area and I would stay here again!

Puffin Cottage was a clean, cosy base to explore this corner of Caithness and get the passenger ferry to the Orkneys. The owner was welcoming and explained how Puffin Cottage operated on this working farm. Good central location in town. Walking distance from the railway station (10-15 minutes). During my stay it was abnormally cold weather, but the owner solved that by offering me an extra electrical radiator. Excellent full Scottish Breakfast!
