Loved the location most of all, but what really blew me away was the service. The team was so friendly and helpful, and even the littlest things were thought of and accounted for. For example, the Tunnock's by the kettle every day put a smile on my face without fail. The decor was cozy, and the bed was very comfy.
Good hotel and location. But what stood out was the Superb check in. A special shout out to Mikaela at front desk who made us feel so welcome. Not someone just ticking the boxes but actually likes her work. . Also gave us excellent local recommendations and an all round happy experience .
