We were pleaseantly received at the hotel door (a bit confusing on how to get in or call) and appreciated having our bags taken to the toom while I parked the car. The location was fantastic with amazing views. The quality of the interior of our apartment and the common areas was excellent. The facilities were superb and probably the best we've experienced in 25 years of staying in the French Alps. Some of the family spent as much time in the pool and sauna as on the slopes! We had some heavy snowfalls during our stay at Easter which added to the experience. The ability to order fresh bread and croissants etc for each morning was a great bonus.

Incredible 1970s flair, an absolutely dreamy stay - loved everything about it! Would highly recommend this to anyone who wants to have a exceptional experience in the French alps! Les Praz, Chamonix
The location of the apartment was fantastic. It's close to the lifts, a delightful apre cafe, and a small grocery store in La Praz. It was also very cozy and had a nice, rustic vibe. Small touches like the wine opener attached to the bar made it feel like an authentic, French Alps experience. There were 3 of us, and I would happily stay here again.
Great place for our one-night stay on our way to the French alps. Parking behind the hotel, easy check in and lots of restaurants just outside the front door. Good breakfast w 2 kinds of bread, cheese, ham, croissant, youghurt and müsli, hot chocolate, tea and coffee.
Puy-Saint-Vincent
Good starting point for hiking in the French Alps in the region of Briancon Small, but nice and well-equipped apartment. Comfortable for 3-4 persons. Free parking place was available not too far from the building. Good value for money!
The hotel seems brand new, and the bar downstairs is very nice. The suite was very simple but quite comfy and clean. Absolutely not the mouldy stinky outdated yet overpriced place one can expect in the French Alps.

I am still wondering why the Imperial Palace is only a 4 stars hotel !! I still can't get the answer when you see the building (full of history), the quality of the equipment, people, food, size of the rooms, a casino, a spa ... I really don't understand. Everything was great, we had the opportunity to test the 3 restaurants and each of them was fantastic. Of course, the restaurant La Voile is the best in class in terms of food and execution. It was a fantastic experience. The room was big, we had one with a terrace with a view on the garden and lake so it was wow effect. During our stay they had a Jazz festival which was nice.
Fantastic family friendly spa. Would definitely go there again with my kids. The breakfast buffet was the best I've ever had. I was blown away that there was even a juicer with fresh vegetables and fruits available!
the Hotel is lovely with wonderful views of the water and is located in a quiet area on the water. we rented bikes and road around part of the lake and towards the mountains. it was beautiful.

One of the best hotels I ever stayed at. I spent 2 nights at this Hotel with my wife, it was our honeymoon, and everything was perfect. From greeting us at the Hotel gate, guiding us to our beautiful room with the amazing view over the lake and the amazing Spa that they have. The service was honestly exceptional. our room was maintained twice daily with little gifts that they lift over our bed every evening with a small lovely note. Food was excellent. Pricy but totally worth it.
Friendly, helpful staff. Everything high quality. Enough sunbeds for everyone, excellent breakfast served in room due to Covid. Highly recommended for couples in particular.
