Attractively set in the Kallio district of Helsinki, Citybox Helsinki is located a 17-minute walk from Helsinki Cathedral, one mile from Helsinki Central Station and 1.1 miles from Helsinki Olympic... The location was the best, just about 2 minutes to the metro station, easy to get everywhere. The hotel room was super clean, all the facilities were new and clean, and I liked the shared common area and kitchen very much:)

Attractively set in the Kluuvi district of Helsinki, Bob W Kluuvi is located 1.6 miles from Hietaranta Beach, a 4-minute walk from Helsinki Cathedral and 500 yards from Helsinki Central Station. We were satisfied with everything - location, comfortable beds, cleaniness, attentative staff (although only via whatsapp - which is actually maybe even better), breakfast in near caffes (Fazer is the better one imho) and those nice little touches - instax, local chocolate, coffee, yoga mats or complimentary gym access (which we did not use, but still). All in all great stay in the central Helsinki.

A particular mention of 2 staff in particular. MaiJa and Minna. These two ladies were exceptional. We are from Australia and have traveled extensively and it is very rare to receive such friendly happy and professional employees such as these two. From our understanding, Minna was a new employee. If that is the case, she is certainly an excellent acquisition. She greeted us with absolute friendliness and even took us to our room. Maija had an infectious smile and laughter and seemed to have the place running so smoothly. Breakfast was absolutely beautiful and the young lady who served us was very sweet and super nice. Overall this place is wonderful and the staff certainly played a big part in making our anniversary stay a memorable one.

But why eat in when you have Albina downstairs—a fabulous restaurant! Book your room with the breakfast which is incredible and served in Albina downstairs. Good quality linens, comfy beds. Doggie beds and treats which my picky dogs loved. Quiet.

My Husband and I had a great time at Haikko Manor and Spa! Our room and facilities met all our expectations. The spa zone was nice, there were a lot of different spa activities (a couple of sauna, jacuzzi, pool, and others) and enough space for all the guests. The nature around the hotel was beautiful, a true winter wonderland! A walk around and a small hike after the delicious breakfast - was exactly what we needed. Another nice thing was that we left headphones in our room and lost&found service helped us with arranging the delivery of it to Helsinki. Thanks for your hospitality, Haikko Manor & Spa Team!

Although not the most modern of buildings, the staff and facilities more than make up for it. Amazing spa with access straight into the Baltic Sea for a little bit of wild swimming. The staff were all really friendly and happy. They all went out of their way to make our stay really special and couldn’t have been more helpful with everything from the local bus times to hiring the e-bikes. We felt very well looked after.

The breakfast was exceptional and the service was excellent. The shops and shopkeepers had excellent products and reasonable prices. I liked watching the boats and even a ice-breaker went by. The rooms were very clean and modern but not at the expense of atmosphere.
