It's unusual to visit a hotel with even all the details taken care of. The breakfast was exceptional with a good selection and quality. The location is good, not far from restaurants, shops, and the railway station. The staff was friendly and clearly putting effort to make you feel good. The room was comfortable, with even minor things being taken care of, such as a comfortable room temperature and the ease of getting warm water from the shower and water tap. Finally, the building is nice and beautiful from the outside and inside.

Located in Jyväskylä, a 11-minute walk from Lutakko Beach, GreenStar Hotel Jyväskylä provides accommodations with free bikes, private parking, a shared lounge and a terrace. GreenStar Hotel's location in Jyväskylä was very strategic. It is really near the city center and the train station. Surprisingly, even with the strategic location, the prices aren't steep. I love that you can self-check-in and that there is a free coffee, tea, and hot water station in the lobby. I also love the shared kitchenette and the fridge lockers (this fridge locker thing is very novel for me). I am also delighted that bikes can be rented for free, it made our tour around the city easier. Above all, their staff is accommodating and pleasant.

Finlandia Hotel Alba is located by Lake Jyväsjärvi in Mattilanniemi, just 0.9 mi away from Jyväskylä city center. It offers free parking and rooms with private bathrooms and TV. its better than in the pictures. very nice view, good staff and tasty breakfast.

Located within the Jyväskylä Paviljonki Congress and Trade Fair Center, this contemporary hotel is 656 feet from Jyväskylä Train Station and the town’s harbor. It features free Wi-Fi and sauna access.... It was the second hotel I tried in Finland and, just like the first one, everything was fantastic. The room was VERY clean, equipped with a coffee machine + kettle, the bed very comfortable, the sheets great. Several pillows of several dimensions, so the guest can choose whatever suits them best. It was easy to find and had a great underground parking which, in -34 degrees C, was most welcome. Most importantly, the staff was very kind to my dog :) The restaurant onsite, an Italian trattoria, was also quite nice.

This privately-owned hotel is located 1312 feet from Jyväskylä Train Station and is 18 minutes’ walk from Alvar Aalto Museum. It features free WiFi, a 24-hour reception and a bookable sauna. There was enough to eat at breakfast and everything was fresh. Location was central and it was easy to find parking place near the frontdoor.

This hotel, located in scenic natural surroundings, is 5 minutes’ drive from Jyväskylä’s town center. It features a bowling alley and a large spa center with views of Lake Tuomiojärvi. very good and child-friendly hotel. Very nice SPA, very good saunas and pools with very warm water. Our best experience with a Finnish hotel on this trip (5 days and 4 different hotels) I will gladly come back next time. P.S. very tasty breakfast.
