He was so helpful. Cristina was exceptional. Did so much to make sure everything was ok. Recommended restaurants and tours, she was brilliant. All staff were good, hotel was very clean. I liked the area, close to everything and bus stop in front of hotel.

Check-in is from 3 pm, we arrived 10.30 am and the room was ready. They gave it to us. We were very pleased because we had been travelling all night. The room has Netfix, the air conditioning, it's regularly managed. The bathroom is lovely big, there is a fridge as well. The breakfast is sufficient. If I come back to Valencia, I will definitely come back here.

The rooms are very clean and super comfortable. The hotel is situated in the centre of the old city and it makes walking to all attractions very easy and quick. The bus stations and metro is also very close to the hotel. It’s honestly the perfect hotel!
