Fresh cut fruit in my fresh squeezed orange juice, the best tortilla I may have ever had. This place was the 1st place you run into when you reach Espinal. Sadly we did not have revs at the only restaurant in town, and the bar had bad bar food.

Located within 33 km of Holzarte Footbridge, Silken Puerta de Irati in Ochagavía features a number of amenities including a terrace, a restaurant and a bar. Brand new lovely hotel. Perfect setting in the village. Rooms are modern with air conditioning which is a valued bonus. Excellent dinner in the restaurant including breakfast. The staff was very friendly, sadly we only booked this hotel for one night, next time through I’ll make this a two night stay.

Very nice and comfortable room, good breakfast, good restaurant, the lady is extremely helpful and has a lot of knowledge about the area where to hike etc...

Palacio de Yrisarri by IrriSarri Land is located inside the Irrisarriland Outdoor Theme Park. Great location with beautiful views from the top of a mountain! It was very refreshing coming from the very hot coastal areas of Spain!

Offering a picturesque setting, Hostal Auñamendi is located in the charming village of Ochagavia. Wow, what a great hotel in a beautiful old town! The hotel is in an old building but our room was modern and comfortable. It's easy to get to the main sites or hike from town. We enjoyed the short hike and loop to the Muskilda church above town. We ate 2 dinners and breakfasst there. All our food was good and reasonable, though occasionally a bit heavy on the salt. We'd stay there again.

This family-run country house is located in Navarra, 45 minutes’ drive from Pamplona and San Sebastián. It offers rooms with views of the charming garden, which features a river. Everything! We loved the setting, the location and the atmosphere of the hostal. The hostesses were very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was first class and served every morning. We tried home made marmalade and home made cookies. This was the best breakfast ever that I had experienced. The room was small but comfortable and the bathroom was in the room. The beds were changed every day and were comfortable and super clean. The kitchen was offered to be used any time and was fully equipped with glassware, plates and other necessities. The owner also offered free food and wine and beer for a small amount of money. Location was remote but we got around and it was convenient to all the places we wanted to see. We met families with kids that come every year for a visit. There are so many things to do for kids, we were surprised to know about the parks and the nature reserve designed for children. We would definitely comeback!

Hotel Rural Irigoienea is in Urdax, 5 minutes’ drive from the French border. It is a converted 18th-century country house with free Wi-Fi and a porch overlooking a large garden. Small hotel respecting the highest professional standards, very agreeable place to stay.

Hotel Rural Torre de Úriz is near the Irati Forest in Navarre and features an authentic medieval tower. Guests can relax outside in the gardens or in the living room with a fireplace. We arrived at the hotel at the end of a long drive and it blew us away - beautiful location, amazing / warm welcome and tour of the hotel with the most lovely of hosts. A real treat - the perfect end to our holiday!

Set in the beautiful Navarran countryside, this restored 17th-century farmhouse is 15 minutes’ drive from Pamplona. Beautiful hotel, extremely kind staff. The room was incredible and everything was perfectly clean. The dinner and breakfast were delicious. Extremely quite, great to take some rest.
