She cooks dinner for you and provides an excellent breakfast. She showed us the (wine) cellar when we were about to leave. This rural hotel is a real gem.

The hotel is ideally located in one of the main squares of Vilafranca, walking distance to all attractions, including many restaurants and bars. It is modern, the room I stayed was big and very comfortable.

Hotel Air Penedès is set between Barcelona and Tarragona, and is well-connected by motorway to both cities. The hotel offers free parking and free Wi-Fi in all rooms. The pool area was decent, however, it would take 10 minutes every morning to clean the area up and refresh the bathrooms with toilet paper etc. The rooms were low-key but comfortable enough and the receptionist in the morning was pleasant and kind.
