Located in Olot, 29 miles from Dalí Museum, Hotel Olot Centre has accommodations with a garden, private parking, a shared lounge and a terrace. Very nice to be able to use dining area to eat our own dinner, using plates and microwave. Pillow was too firm for me but they have softer ones if you ask. Lovely hosts who gave good hiking and touring suggestions. Everyone very pleasant and helpful. Very good location.

Mas Pere Pau is located in the natural setting of Bruguers, in Besalú, 5 minutes' drive from the city center. It offers well-equipped apartments, studios and rooms with mountain and garden views. Simply a fantastic place for a calm weekend in the picturesque location, perfect rest after seing numerous sightseens around. Looking forward to returning for a peaceful relaxing weekend once again.

Casa Marcial (adults only) is located in the beautiful town of Besalú, just 328 feet from the medieval bridge. This property offers a garden with an outdoor pool and great views. There are three things that you shouldn't miss when you stay here: #1... the infinity pool #2... the free breakfast #3... drinking at night at the outdoor space Staff was really helpful, hospitable, and friendly. They even sprinkled rose petals in the room, which surprised me and my partner. It was a nice gesture, and it made our stay more romantic. I will definitely go back here again!

Located in Sant Aniol de Finestras, 17 miles from Girona Train Station, ECOTurisme Can Buch HOTEL provides accommodations with a garden, free private parking, a shared lounge and a terrace. This was the highlight of our trip. The hotel, the staff, the peaceful surroundings, the farm animals, the hiking, the pool, the food. Everything was spectacular, we did not want to leave.

Located in La Vall de Bianya, 25 mi from Girona, Hotel Mas la Ferreria features an outdoor pool and views of the mountain. Guests can enjoy a meal at the restaurant or a drink at the bar. The room, common areas and surrounding countryside are beautiful. The staff are wonderful. The Volcano gin and tonic is one of the finest cocktails I’ve had in years.

Set in the Alta Garrotxa countryside, 12 mi from Olot, Can Pei is a farm stay with an outdoor pool and bar. This rustic-style stone property has cozy rooms with mountain views. We came back after 3 years because we enjoyed it so much. Our second stay at Can Pei was just wonderful again and we felt like at home. Can only recommend it to anyone who loves nature, quiet and good food… thank you, Montse and Cristina!

Offering a quiet setting in Maià de Montcal, La Fustana features spacious rooms with terraces. It is housed in a modern building, constructed from recycled materials and wood from local forests. A lovely self-built wooden building, with some excellent self-built furniture. A shower so good I had to turn down the pressure; really comfortable large double bed. Lovely views outside the windows of the spacious and comfortable guests' common room. Great location for visiting Besalu, which is lovely, and the Garrotxa, an area of beautiful woods and dormant volcanic peaks. The restaurant literally over the road provided excellent food in a very friendly environment. Finally our hostess was very friendly and helpful without being intrusive. Hotel Rural & Spa Mas Prat is located in the mountain town of Castellar de la Muntanya, just outside the Garrotxa Nature Reserve. The view was awsome. The food was absolutely amazing. I hope that I will have the chance to come back again some das :).

This cozy property occupies two houses from the XV century surrounded by beautiful countryside and located just behind the city walls of the 'old town' in Santa Pau. It was out second stay at Cal Sastre. The first one was in 2017 and it left great memories. The second time was not different. We were warmly received by Eva, owner and manager of the hotel. Eva is tireless to help you with anything you can possibly imagine. She handles the hotel and takes care of the breakfast. The rooms are cozy and very clean. Great atmosphere! The restaurant is handled by Eva’s husband, Jesus. What to say about the food? Well, people come from Barcelona to eat at the restaurant. Jesus prepares the best gin tonic ever and will surprise you with all sorts of drinks, “amuse bouches” of all types and a great, really tasteful food. You just feel at home with Eva and Jesus. Looking forward to the next time!!
