Hotel teams are nice and helpful. Room is clean and relaxing and the view is exceptional. Location is perfect for El Caminito del Rey. Food at restaurant are nice.

This rustic hotel is set between the Conde del Guadalhorce and Guadalteba Reservoirs in the Desfiladero de los Gaitanes Park. It offers spacious rooms with scenic forest views and free Wi-Fi. The hotel as other describe it - is 'rustic' - which translates to a bit dated. but the atmosphere is homey welcoming and warm, and the location is breath-taking in its beauty. When we arrived the gentleman who received us not only checked us in but also provide the full complement of information relevant to those coming to visit the Caminito Del Rey. It's true the mattress did seem a bit dated and perhaps the showers remnants from the 20th century but it is an out-of-the-way small hotel catering to hikers - i do not think that such amenities are top of mind for people wanting to hike in the area. the restaurant in the hotel was so forthcoming - with one of us being a vegetarian they went out of their way to accommodate special requests. I strongly and resoundingly recommend this hotel.

These air-conditioned apartments are situated in the typical village of Ardales, near Málaga. Perfect spot for hiking the caminito del Rey - we stood there for one night and started the next day in the morning to the caminito del Rey! However, the Appartements are superior - in our case much better than the Photos are! Very New, well equipped and comfy appartement! We would always come back here for the caminito del Rey!

Fantastic place in beautiful surroundings. Two balconies with great views. Super stylish minimalist comfortabele design. Highly recommended.

Located in Ardales, the recently renovated apartamento isabel provides accommodation 47 km from Plaza de Espana and 48 km from Iglesia de Santa María la Mayor. It's a peaceful and quiet apartment in a friendly, picture-perfect small pueblo town. It was freshly painted and almost everything was brand new. The owner was helpful, although he didn't speak English, we could solve the communication. We enjoyed the calm nights and the fresh chilly mountains-air here.

Set in Valle de Abdalagís, CASA TITO JOSE offers air-conditioned accommodation with a balcony and free WiFi. With garden views, this accommodation provides a patio. Everything was impeccably clean. Very new apartment, beautifully clean and well equipped with appliances. An easy walk into the town where there are restaurants, bars and shops. (Except Mondays when many appeared closed) Wonderful view of the mountains. Conveniently placed if you are driving to do the Caminito Del Rey walk roughly 25mins drive. The access to get into the appartment was clear and easy to follow, the owner also checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed. Parking was easy.

Very nice, spacious and well maintained apartment , which is a part of a bigger villa where the family lives. On a very nice piece of land surrounded by hills and olive trees. Jesus, his wife and kids were very friendly, receiving our family and our dog Luna with open arms. We will absolutely come back here to discover the area: Caminito del Rey, Cuevas de Ardales, etc... Thank you very much for our excellent stay!
The location in Ardales is perfect, a 5 minute walk to the restaurants. Ronda, El Torcal, and Caminito Del Rey are all a short drive. The village has a couple small shops, the apartment has what's needed for eating a light meal, parking was easy, and the village has some pretty things to see, take a walk up to the very top, and enjoy the "selfie stand" at sunset!
We found the apartment very clean and the decor was lovely in the apartment. Nice cooking area and seating area to relax in . Bathroom was great with extra essentials if required . We found parking outside the door A steep walk to the town for restaurants and half hour drive to the Caminito Del Rey . Flores the owner was always easy to contact
My room was very spacious with a double bed and the added bonus of a kitchenette with microwave, fridge and cutlery/dishes. Frank the receptionist was very helpful with local knowledge and organising an early morning taxi to the amazing Caminito Del Rey. Hotel Don Pero is very centrally located in Alora and it was amazing value for money.

I could have left my luggage earlier before check in time.
Ease of access without need to use a car. Hotel is adjacent to the railway station at El Chorro (on the media distancia Malaga-Seville line) and very easy to get to from these cities. It is an ideal starting point for the Caminito del Rey footpath. Staff were friendly. Restaurant was good.

If you want to stay in the evening at terrace and enjoy view to valley and Spanish wine so this is perfect place. For the trip in Caminito del Rey would recommend to leave the car at the accommodation and go to start of the trip by bus. Apartment is very close to the end of this way.
The location is perfect for Caminito del Rey walk. The apartment is in the centre of the beautiful town of Alora. Free parking is availble in a communal carpark a few hundred meters away. The apartment itself was great. Well kitted out and everything worked.

Wonderful apartment with a a terrace - located on a hill with a nice forrest and combined with a view on a lake. A lot of amazing hiking options nearby. Booking a guided tour in Caminito Del Rey is a must have (about 30 min walk from the apartment).

Absolutely everything- grate location, excellent staff, very interesting room, great food. The room was with terrace- it was great to sit there in the evening. Unfortunately, we had only one night in this hotel on our way to Caminito del Rey.
