Loved the hospitality and service. Very welcoming staff, they checked on me everyday and Farida was a true gem. I got sick while here and the hotel sent up complimentary soup, honey and lime tea. Really responsive. They also gave me complimentaey cleaning service. 10 out of 10. BTW the breakfast is amazing. Diverse and fulsome. One of the best at any hotel I've visited.

It has the best view and probably the closest view to the pyramids and the gates of the entrance of the pyramids are probably 50m away . Outside the gates of property is little dusty but that normal because you walking to the pyramids. Mohammed replies quick and is super helpful. Theres another Mohammed who works for him and I asked him about restaurants close by and he walked me directly to the restaurant. Honestly service was better than the 5 star hotels I stayed at . If I come back I’ll definitely stay here
