Situated in Fanø, 700 metres from Fanoe Bad Beach, Fanø Krogaard features accommodation with a terrace, private parking, a restaurant and a bar. What a nice place!! Hotel is ideally located 200 m from the ferry, but you don't hear anything. Across the street the seals welcome you during low tide, how nice! We stayed in a large room with its private terrace where you can have a drink or read a book, weather permitting. There is also a closed veranda with an open fireplace where you can either have lunch or coffee/drink. The breakfast, lunch and dinner where all so good that we didn't have to go elsewhere on the island. The staff was also very friendly and translated their new menu in English to us. Oh, and there was a parking spot with a charging pole right within the hotel so we could charge our car easily.

Being greeted by the family of swans in the gardens was a treat. Unbelievable breakfast! Homemade fresh from the oven bread:) beds comfortable - NESPRESSO in the room! Really a special place in a quiet calm undiscovered part of the country. Hope to return someday! Our host Susanna was really one of the most remarkable humans we have met! Beautifully decoratedl property with an impeccable breakfast. I wanted to stay longer just for the breakfast. Also the staff were so friendly and kind. Loved the flexible bicycle rental - highly recommended to go to the end of the peninsula with a bicycle if you are fit enough! Bicycles were well maintained, no issues at all.

Grindsted
Almost everything. The apartment was clean, big enough, had a lot of rooms and beds. At good weather the ambience is very nice with the big windows. There is a garden all around with football pitch, trampoline. The kitchen and bathroom have everything you need. The location is very quiet and calm, there are paths to walk, cute animals, horses, dogs, cats... Hosts are very friendly. Billund is not far with the Lego House, but a lot of places to visit in Jutland are also within a one-hour drive reach.
Roslev is near a couple of beautiful places, and lovely fjords.the closest pizza place was very pleasant with good pizza. The town is quiet and set on rolling hills. The breakfast was substantial, complete with soft boiled eggs. Much of northern Jutland can be easily reached from Roslev and the Roslev Hus hotel.
Was a great place to explore the west side of Denmark especially if you are into History - Great place to visit Jutland and the Sea War Museum - there is a lot of recent history on the Jutland coast that we should all learn from.
The location is good, quite close to the main restaurant area. I stayed here for a business meeting having used other Scandic hotels in Jutland, being a regular at one of them, I found this hotel to be a very poor relation

Breakfast Location in the forest. Quiet
The hotel is a bit rundown. Primarily the door handles of most rooms are coming off because non-Danes don't realize that you have to pull the handle up when unlocking or locking the door. The rooms are overall quite comfortable and the facilities (sauna's and small pool) are very nice after a hike to the beach or a horseback ride. The horse riding facilities are excellent.
We loved everything. Lalandia is a child paradise and the adults can enjoyed it too. A present Lego waited for the children in the house. We had to leave the house very early (4.a.m) with 10 year old triplets and we forgot to put bed linens and towels into the bags. We feel sorry.
The room was clean & comfortable.
The sea nerby and swimming in there, and of course - the spa. That was unforgettable! We simply love it!
