When I give a 10 it is because of the many factors involved. First of all the hostess was amazing. She gave us the option for a reception check-in or an automatic with a key dispenser. I love both options as sit always depends on when I intend to arrive at what is best. Second, I am not quickly blown away by a hotel/room, but this blew my mind. It was absolutely beautiful! The design, the details, the modern touches, the space and the comfort are astonishing. The place (I am guessing) has been renovated to live up to modern standards while maintaining the old touches of an era when a pharmacy was still a luxurious store. The doors are beautifully old with old locks, the building has cracking old floors while the bathroom has modern faucets and tiles, the Wi-Fi is incredibly fast and the couch is so soft and comfortable! I could stay there for days, reading a book. The bed is also incredibly soft, maybe too soft for some, but I slept lovely. All and all an incredible stay and we will be back for sure to stay longer. And yes, there was no coffee available when we were there, but then the bakery was literally 20 meters across the street where we got our daily cup of coffee for a good German price of 2,50 euros.

It is a charming family run hotel in the middle of the forest. We had a wonderful and very big room with a balcony overlooking the small lake. The staff was super nice and I felt at home. I hope they will not change a thing, it was very charming and I hope it stays like this forever, there are not many old fashioned (in a good way!) hotels like this anymore
A wonderful hotel located near a small lake. Plenty of beach chairs in the garden to enjoy the views on the little lake and relax all day. Very sumptuous breakfast. Dinner offered a wide variety of mainly meat-oriented food. Staff was very courteous, though a bit slow to staffing issue so common in Europe now. Rooms are lovely and windows have an insect shield such that opening the windows during the night won't attract mosquitos in your place. Also, hotel has elevators which was important for a mobility deprived person of my family. Looking forward to spending more time at this hotel in the future.

Very nice place for relaxation. The area is very quiet, beautiful nature around but still easy to get. The room is quite big and comfortable, nice view from the balcony. Very good food in restaurant. Nice swimming pool, gym and sauna. All clean and cozy, friendly staff. I definitely recommend and hope to have opportunity to come again.
