The breakfast was really rich, with a great variety of tasty food. The room was very big, and quiet, clearly well maintained. The staff was very friendly and did some untrivial things in order to make our stay (and leave) more comfortable.

This traditional 3-star hotel in the village of Oberried offers free Wi-Fi, Black Forest food, and easy access to hiking and bike routes. we loved it. we stayed in the old part which was amazing, the best part of the hotel, very typical, with lots of historical details, dressed up in typical dresses, breakfat was great, rooms very spacuous and cosy. parking in site very convenient. the children park was great, with two little cars to ride, they loved it. the town was in the forest soo nice

The hosts welcomed us with a smile and a bottle of wine! The property offers everything you need to have a comfortable stay. They offer clean towels, blow dryer, toilet papers, bedsheets, coffee, tea, sugar, salt, pepper and kitchen ware. The property is located about 13km from Freiburg and sits in a very quite and easy-to-access street. There is free parking in front of the property. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely go back!

Located in Oberried, 8.2 miles from Freiburg Cathedral, Gasthaus Sternen Post provides accommodations with a terrace, free private parking and a restaurant. Large room with sofa and ample storage. Spacious traditional bathroom with large bath and powerful hot water in the shower. Very kind and thoughtful staff who helped us with our limited German. If you can afford it we recommend the restaurant with it's excellent menu. Breakfast was good though and made you feel at home. Nearby cafe bar also worth a visit for a beer and good food.
