Shangri-La Hotel, located in the central business district, is a 20-minute car ride from Dalian International Airport. The hotel is in a great location. The amenities were top notch. I was greeted warmly. Breakfast was great. The hotel was clean. Service was solid. The jacuzzi and sauna were perfect. I was quite happy. I would highly recommend the place.

We were incredibly happy with the property and the service of their amazing staff. Our customers attending the event were universally agreed that they’d be staying frequently at this hotel as Dalian’s nicest luxury property! It is such an upgrade to anything else in the city and truly embodies what a luxury hotel should be. This hotel absolutely not only lives up to the brand but elevates Four Seasons properties in China to a new level. Wayne the GM is an incredibly gracious expert host who has spent his career with Four Seasons and it shows!

It is difficult to find good hotels in China. This was the best hotel we stayed in, and it achieved a good standard. The rooms were very good. We had a very large room, and a slightly smaller one. Both had a view to the outside, which is recommended. The location is great in the center, close to the river. It was free of charge to use the washing machine room which is invaluable in China where washing machines are rare in hotels. The breakfast is ok. mainly Chinese, but there are some Western options like muesli, fried egg, black tea.
