Great place to stay. Jerry was the best, he helped arrange our boat trip and also helped us get back to Guilin when we were lost. Also, helped us sort out our tourist SIM. Great guy.

Located in Yangshuo, The Bamboo Leaf Yangshuo offers a seasonal outdoor swimming pool. Everything was perfect. Starting with the ladies at the front desk. They were just amazing. They spoke English (which is rare in China, even at hotels), and they did everything possible to help us. We had a room upgrade and they let us have a late check out at 16h00. The hotel also has a restaurant with good western food at a good price. We ended up eating there everyday. The pool is also clean and very relaxing to be at. Can't recommend this hotel enough.

It was exceptional - from the location, comfort, hospitality, quality and food. It was a dream from the start to finish and cannot believe I only stayed one night, I could spend the whole week here. Such lovely staff so helpful and accommodating and great English too. They helped us book a tour and even got us a discount as well. It was an amazing experience.

Offering river views and tour tickets for Guilin or Yangshuo, Riverside Inn Guilin is a tranquil hideaway ideally located in the center of Guilin. The Riverside Inn is close to the main train station (1.1 km away) next to the river and walking path that connects main point of interest to see. The owner gave me grate advice what to see and how to reach different sites. His english is great. Would recommend it :)

Surrounded amid impressive Karst mountains, Yangshuo Mountain Retreat is located at the edge of Yulong River. Free WiFi access is available. Free parking space is offered. Kind and friendly staff willing to help with all requests. Attentive service. Absolutely gorgeous view of the river and right next to the walking trail. Even in winter, the view is stunning. Our room was warm, clean and cozy! We enjoyed the restaurant. It has plenty of vegetarian options that we enjoyed. Try the rice cakes with peanut, dried tofu and vegetables and the eggplant. They are not to be missed.

Li River Resort is located on the west bank of Li River and offers a relaxing retreat in Chinese-style accommodations. Perfect location with really great views to the mountains. The host was very supportive, they took very good care of our staying. Highly recommended

Nestled in bamboo forests and surrounded by rural farmland, Riverside Retreat Hotel overlooks the beautiful water of the Li River. Best view in whole yangshou. The location makes it quiet and it’s still very close to the city centre. The staff helped us with getting 2 bikes from the hotel for 20 yuan/ person. Quite a good deal for the whole day. We were tired from the bike and couldn’t come back as we wanted to eat and they let us park the bikes in the centre and they got them picked from there. Very convenient and no up charge! If you go in winter you can just ask for more heaters! The air con works as a heater as well. Also as we went in off season they upgraded our room for free!!

Right opposite Two Rivers and Four Lakes, Guilin Rong Lake Aroma Tea House, formerly Jing Guan Ming Lou Museum Hotel, is located in the city center. Location is quiet but within walking distance to the attractions and main streets. The hotel is tastefully decorated with beautiful furniture and artwork. They also helped us organize the driver and tours/Li River Cruise. Everything was top notch. I would strongly recommend this place for anyone who wants to have a more relaxed experience in Guilin.
