It is a beautiful hotel in a very fun, dynamic neighbourhood, with many great cafés and food spots in close vicinity. We also found the rooms to be spacious and super comfortable! The Niccolo Chengdu is perfectly located right next to Taikoo Li, an upscale open-air shopping area that also includes the Da'ci Temple. It's also conveniently connected to the IFS (huge shopping mall). The service was excellent—attentive and welcoming. Our room was clean, spacious, and included nightly turndown service, making for a very comfortable stay. The bathroom was also generously sized. The concierge service stood out, with Jon providing outstanding assistance in organizing all of our attraction bookings. Highly recommended!
The location is superb, the restaurant and lounge are great.. the room was super comfortable and the staff were amazing especially Bruce who was my assigned driver and spoke fluent English and made my experience a great one!
Very friendly staff! We arrived late at night around 1am and has welcome by a warm smile. Even offered us supper meals on complimentary. The hotel is also about 5 mins walk from the underground train station which is easy to travel.
