The accommodation is clean and very comfortable, the staff couldn’t be more helpful and the location close to the lovely little town square is ideal. Coming back to the peaceful courtyard with the fountain after a day of exploring was always a pleasure. The breakfast was good and the food in the restaurant very good indeed. We particularly enjoyed learning about the stars on the rooftop in the evening.

They have access to a big securely fenced parking lot that has an electric gate that the desk clerk can open and watch by CCTV. The rooms and breakfast are very good, and the desk clerk is helpful. The hotel has a nice garden and some architectural charm.
The hotel was full of character and tastefully furnished. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. The restaurant served delicious food for evening meals. The location was excellent in the centre of Vicuna but and easy access to the Elqui Valley for day trips.
A bohemian paradise in the magical Elqui Valley. So much love and kindness put into creating the secret garden of UMA. So many places to relax and soak up the surrounding nature. Highly recommend this beautiful little hotel.

This was an amazing hidden gem. Staff were so friendly and helped us with our bags. It looks like a little hidden oasis. Staff also provided us with so many options of what to do in town from eating as well as sites. We had to see. The rooms were comfortable and air-conditioned and we had perfect access to the pool.
Being in nature, beautiful views from the balcony ,comfortable and spacious cottage.
