The rooms are incredibly comfortable, warm, clean and beautiful. The bathrooms are perfect, beds and cosy. A fireplace in each room prelit for your arrival to keep you warm too. The breakfast is incredible and their dog is super sweet and friendly. The owners helped us after a travel day of stress. Providing not just solutions but support. They truly go above and beyond. Meeting people like this makes travelling all the more worthwhile and we will be forever grateful to them both. There's no better option in Cochrane and throughout traveling to over 35 countries this was by far one of the best places we've ever stayed. Thank you again Carlos and Nela.

Everything was wonderful! The service was impeccable, nothing was too difficult or impossible. Absolutely the best breakfast we enjoyed on the Carretera Austral. Rodolfo was incredibly kind and helpful, we loved chatting with him over breakfast each morning and learning more about Chile and the region. Very spacious rooms, comfortable beds, great bathroom Couldn't recommend it enough!
An absolutely delightful hotel with very comfortable and cozy rooms. Nela is such a warm and welcoming host and very helpful with lots of excellent information about the area. I had heard that this was the best breakfast on the entire Carretera Austral and can now confirm that!

We travel by motorcycle the entire Carretera austral staying in more than 10 hotels on the way. This was one of my favorites. The place is amazing with an awesome meal at the restaurant. Comfortable rooms and a super nice view of the mountains. Highly recommend it!
Breakfast was complete. Lots of delicious things, homemade cakes, a great variety of fruit and a beautiful view of the city. Our room was great, bigger than what we expected. We would definitely go back and stay there again.
Bathroom: water during afternoon and evening simply warm not hot. Bath fixtures loose. Breakfast is abundant and there is a great selection of food and drinks

Location was close to bus station- walking distance. Locks on doors/windows. Affordable rate for quick nights stay to get on an early bus. The room was spacious with bathroom/shower across the hall.
