Mountain Paradise in Zermatt has a sauna and a steam room. Quiet surroundings and views of the Matterhorn Mountain can be enjoyed at the property which is located in the Winkelmatten suburb. Do not understand the 3 star rating at all because this is an amazing resort in an amazing location. The view from our room was the Matterhorn which was spectacular to look at everyday. Breakfast was great too. More continental though. Enough to sustain us for morning activities. The staff was absolutely pleasant and polite. Very helpful and polite. Will definitely stay here again.

Very helpful with suggestions on what to do. A bonus is the "fondue chalet" which would be great for a group or couple. The location is close to the bus line or easy walking distance. The hotel is very organized for sking, with the ski room.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast spread was fantastic with a large variety of quality food. The pool facilities were also great for relaxation. The hotel was near a grocery store, some bus stops and the train station.
