Ixoras Hotel Victoire is an oasis of peace and calm in Kinshasa. Clean, comfortable, electricity working and water running, the aircon a lifesaver. The complimentary breakfast is quite good, too. But most of all it is the staff and security people that makes this place; very friendly, helpful. Especially the Indian manager goes out of his way to make your stay comfortable and is always available for any questions or help. I really enjoyed my stay here. Thanks everybody!
I recently had the pleasure of staying at Novotel Kinshasa, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. The hotel boasts a modern ambiance, which adds to the overall comfort and enjoyment of the stay. The professionalism exhibited by the employees, particularly Arthuro, Henoc, and Alex the driver, truly stood out. Their attentiveness and dedication to ensuring a pleasant stay were commendable.
the personal are nice! breakfast is good. rooms are not bad, but some of them better than others. the hotel would be quite better, but the constructions behind it is spoiling. the swimming pool is good. in general it is more or less ok for Kinshasa. it is not noisy at night. bed was comfortable. internet is very good. in general I can come back
- The location of the hotel is very central to downtown Kinshasa and assuming the traffic in the city is good, it is a pretty quick ride from the airport. - The rooms are clean and secure. - The staff in all parts of the hotel are very friendly and helpful. - The gym is surprisingly well equipped.
In Kinshasa I think Belle Vie is A good hotel with good staff, manager Mr Santosh very helpful and the reception guys(except the local guy with glasses), infrastructure ok, restaurant ok(should have more choices for breakfast), safety ok. Can be a good place for a business trip.
This is Kinshasa's grand old hotel designed for mzungus and their business associates. Everything is done right, with professionalism and style. The breakfast buffet is excellent.
Stayed here for 1 night before going up river as it was the cheapest hotel I could find in Kinshasa. Safe, clean, comfortable free WiFi and friendly staff.
Breakfast was good but you need to improve your coffee. That kind of hotel need a world class coffee to serve location was fair for Kinshasa
