Location is excellent, very near to town. water filler in the location on the way out of the hotel is great facilities. Quick response to email. staff at the checking-in counter is friendly and patience
Staff was very helpful, very friendly. The location was perfect, just across the street from a lovely walking trail and minutes from anything needed downtown. I really appreciate it in credits to apply to food. Also appreciated ability to use the facilities at the sister Hotel. It’s a bit dated but clean, with hardworking housekeeping staff.
We LOVED Tunnel Mountain Resort! The entire staff was SO friendly! It is a short downhill walk into town, uphill walk returning to the resort. We were each given a free town shuttle ticket to/from town for our entire stay if we chose not to walk. The location was perfect, surrounded by trees and the beautiful Banff mountains. We used the steam room and sauna every evening. The kitchen had everything we needed to store our groceries and cook our meals. Free wood was available for the fireplace. We sat on the patio every morning drinking our coffee and watching the birds. Bed was so comfortable too! Tunnel Mountain Resort will be our home away from home when we visit the area again... we will definitely return!
super location. nice room… Taylor and Emily that work the front desk are aces!
We had wonderful time in Banff. The receptionist, ms Emily, helped us booked half day tour on the day we arrived. Cruise on Lake Minnewanka, Banff Gondola, and 3 day Roam transit bus... it was an excellent choice, and we enjoyed it very much. She also suggested some good restaurants for brunch.
Very friendly staff. Place is clean, accessible to shopping, grocery. Breakfast at Farm & Fire was awesome! This is where I'll stay everytime I'm in Banff!
Spacious with two queen beds was very nice.
Loved the location tucked away in the woods next to the Johnston Canyon trail. My husband and I stayed in one of the Red Cabins and we thought it was great. The staff at the front desk was very nice and welcoming. We didn’t want to leave and will definitely stay here again. We loved Johnston Canyon Bungalows!
