Hyatt Regency Sofia exceeded our expectations. The staff are very friendly and courteous. The indoor pool is amazing. The room is clean and equipped with basic needs. We are also able to leave our luggages when we check out since our flight is late afternoon. We really had a nice time staying at this hotel.

Located in the heart of Sofia, InterContinental Sofia offers two restaurants, a 24/7 fitness centre and city and mountain views. It was easy to find the hotel by car. No problems at the check-in. The rooms were great. Spacious. Clean. Breakfast was excellent. The food quality is extremely good. The staff were very polite. What really left an impression was that everyone speaks excellent English, although, being a Serb I had no issues understanding Bulgarian. All of them work really hard to be of service and that is greatly appreciated.

Located in the heart of Sofia, Art 'Otel is near Vitosha Street, the main shopping area in town, and the Palace of Culture, the property offers private parking for an extra charge. They upgraded us for free! Allowed us to check in early and leave late! The rooms were clean and well stocked. Easily accessible to the main walking district and metros. The staff went out of their way to leave us little welcome treats, generous during their breakfasts and free happy hours in the evening. I think we were some of their last guests before their Christmas break but they made us feel right at home!

Hotel Complex Jasmin is situated in the foot of the Vitosha Mountain in one of most prestigious suburbs of Sofia. Everything!!!! It was the best hotel in Europe that I ever visited- kind and smiling people, very comfortable and clean rooms, The air conditioner in the room worked excellent (I visited in august, then it was very hot outside and this issue was really important). There are any time anoug parking outside. I'm very glad that I found it!

The location is really superb. Very central, subway station less than 5 min away. We even had the Ed Sheeran concert just around the corner. Also, the view over the Vitosha mountain and the rooftops was quite nice. It gets also quite a lot of natural light, so we also really liked that. Host was quick to communicate too

Miro, the receptionist, was an invaluable asset during our stay, providing us with all the necessary information and tips to make the most of our week in the city. His friendly demeanor and helpful attitude truly enhanced our experience. Without hesitation, I would highly recommend this hotel to others, and should I ever find myself in Sofia again, I would undoubtedly choose to stay here once more.
The location is good , close to Airport and you could work on your computer late in the evening. Clean and very beautiful pictures. Even I did not use it, there’s a wonderful swimming pool, well next time.

The room was really clean and comfortable. Bigger than expected and well layed out. The hotel is in a key location right next to the metro as well as a shopping mall with a supermarket. Next to it are also good and reasonably priced restaurants. The staff was super friendly and communicated well in English. We totally loved our stay and would look forward to stay again at Hotel Hemus
Very good ,clean and comfortable. SPA and Sauna they are excellent, pool outside is beautiful rooms are so clean wonderful garden everywhere green so nice flowers and trees .I will prefer to visit Tsarsko selo - spa .

The hotel is a bit far from the city center, but close to the subway station and to a very beautiful park. You can get to the subway in about 5 minutes, so the location is not an issue. And the view to the park is terrific, if your windows are on that side. The breakfast was good too, so no complaints.

The room was specious and comfortable. It had great amenities that make the stay a bit better. Public transport is near and it takes you to the center fast. The breakfast was great and the staff helpful. If you are going to Sofia than you should consider staying at this hotel

Breakfast was excellent. Our kids loved it. The room was very big. The mountain view from our balcony was excellent. I had my own car during our visit and I didn't have any difficulty finding a parking spot. The hotel was very clean. Hope to stay there again.
The lady at reception were very helpful and friendly. We could leave our luggage there the next day after we booked out as our flight as only at 9pm. The room was comfortable. The view from the large balcony was pretty. It is real value for money.
