Don't look any further. This property cannot be topped. Not only in Bulgaria. Worldwide. We are frequent travellers, we know what we are talking about. A most wonderful Boutique Hotel with a most wonderful host. You wouldn't expect such a jewel of hotel in the old town of Veliko Tarnovo. Just wonderful in every respect. (Sidenote: You should be an experienced driver to navigate to the hotel. Plus: (Personal experience:) Rely on the navigation hints of the host. Don't trust your mobile or GPS. What we did. Big mistake.

We had an amazing experience at Harmony Suites Jungle - Apartment Veron in Sunny Beach, Bulgaria! The apartment is incredibly comfortable, clean, and well-equipped, providing everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The location is beautiful, with a stunning garden and a lovely pool area that created a peaceful atmosphere, allowing us to fully unwind. Our host was exceptional! She was extremely helpful, offering valuable information and ensuring we felt at home throughout our stay. I truly appreciated her promptness and kindness.

During my round trip around Bulgaria, I had the pleasure of staying at the Rate Bey House Royal Hotel, and it has truly set a new standard for elite hospitality. Having stayed in various five-star hotels across different cities, I was impressed by the impeccable design, cutting-edge technologies, exquisite cuisine, and the private Hammam facility. The staff was consistently available and attentive to every request, which added to the seamless experience. My utmost respect goes to the team behind this exceptional establishment.

Hotel located on the beach, very clean and with a fair breakfast. The staff exceeds all expectations, they are extremely friendly, polite and customer oriented. I would have a special mention for 3 young ladies ready to offer you always the best possible service, high customer care and very nice smile: Kalina, Yveta and Valerya. Hosekeeping team is also on a high level. Congratulations to management, with such employees, this hotel is among the most attractive destinations on Bulgarian seaside.

Having lived in Bulgaria for a number of years, I have visited many hotels and I have to say this is probably the best of them. Hotel is very clean, comfortable, excellent food and really helpful staff, that actually smile, which is becoming a rare thing these days! Located very close to a small and quiet beach, which benefits from a small harbor wall that almost eradicates any waves making it a very good place for small children. Already thinking of booking this again for next year.

Very smooth self check-in & check-out. Great quick communication with host. Great location close to center for a short stay while traveling between Bulgaria & Romania. Ground floor Apt 5-6 steps. Very clean. All facilities are available in the Studio Apartment (note that the bedroom is not separate). Coffee machine with beans ground fresh. We had trouble initially with the coffee machine but eventually figured it out. Several blinking indicators needed to be resolved.

We had a 2 rooms family room with 2 baths and 2 balcony. Chilly. Meal was wonderful. Grill, hot and cold meat, european and local also fish. Fruits, green salads always, Exclusively lovely staff. Hotel has a private beach with tents and umbrellas. 5 minutes to walk. The sea is wavey but lifeguards always on the top. It was our second holiday there. It's not a Cote d'Azure it's Bulgaria but if You understand it You'll have a nice holiday. We want to come back.

From the first moment we arrived we knew this was a special place. The welcome from Alberto and Sabi made us feel at home and gave us plenty of great tips to explore this special corner of Bulgaria. The room was perfect with spectacular views of the bay, super comfortable beds and a unique design that filled us with inspiration. I look forward to the restaurant they are planning with tacos and ceviches on the rooftop. We can't wait to return to Sunset Art Hotel :)

The staffs are friendly. The Hostel is in a good location. It is a walking distance to major attraction sites in Sofia, Bulgaria. Also, easy access to public transportation. Lidl is closeby where you can do shopping. The hostel has kitchen facilities. Guests are allowed to cook. There is also fridge. The hostel has washing machines. Each persons bed had 2 charging socket. The internet works excellently. The hostel is a sociable place. Guests were very friendly.

This was not our first visit to the Jack Family Hotel, as the location is very convenient for us while travelling across Bulgaria to the Black Sea coast. It is in a quiet location on the outskirts of Stara Zagora, and the rooms are clean. We stayed in the newer cabin-type rooms in the back, which are compact but adequate, with a big Samsung TV. The hotel also has two high-class clay tennis courts which other guests were using.

We enjoyed our holiday qt HI Hotels Imperial Resort as we had a nice, clean room, there were a lot of activities for kids ans grown ups as well. There was a man at the réception who helped us with the parking nearby the hôtel, 20 leva per day. The food was varied and there were also thematic dinners (greek, Bulgaria, italian). The hotel is close to the Beach.

Food was amazing - great variety, great quality, always replenished. Masterchef was a great guy! Staff was very friendly. Hotel is almost brand new (in 2022). Alcohol is OK, mostly Bulgarian spirits, beer is Becks. Parking is large enough for all guests. There are enough sunbeds for all guests. They spray against mosquitos.

This hotel was simply PERFECT! The staff were helpful and spoke English. We did not buy the all inclusive package, but ended up eating every meal there because the food were delicious! Nothing to fault at all, they have thought of everything! My fav Hotel in Bulgaria.

Excellent hospitality. Rooms are equipped with all needed facilities. SPA center has jacuzzi, sauna and steam bath. Small fitness, swimming pool and children swimming pull are also available. Hotel has a restaurant with Bulgarian cuisine .

The size of apartment is more than enough for 4 persons. 2 fridges very helpful for 4 persons. Apartment is full equipped for the vacation time. If we have a vacation next time in Bulgaria we will choose this apartment.

Hostel Canto was one of the nicest hostels we’ve stayed in. It was clean, modern, and the bed was super comfy. The facilities were great, it was nice to have a shower that wasn’t over the toilet as is common in Bulgaria.

The point is: if the hotel says that it is a 4 stars, one expect a 4 stars. It is located close to Hotel Bulgaria, a real 4 star. The hotel deserves a 3 stars or it has to improve the standard.

The Hotel excellent facilities attention to detail, excellent and varied menu Staff excellent and helpful. The surroundings could not be bettered. It must be the best resort in Bulgaria

I stayed there for L'Etape Bulgaria (bike race). Hotel's location was perfect. It was clean. Staff were nice and helpful. Everything was good.

Spa is awesome! The restaurant great! the wine testing session beyond our expectations! The scenery around the resort were stunning.
