Very smooth self check-in & check-out. Great quick communication with host. Great location close to center for a short stay while traveling between Bulgaria & Romania. Ground floor Apt 5-6 steps. Very clean. All facilities are available in the Studio Apartment (note that the bedroom is not separate). Coffee machine with beans ground fresh. We had trouble initially with the coffee machine but eventually figured it out. Several blinking indicators needed to be resolved.

We had a 2 rooms family room with 2 baths and 2 balcony. Chilly. Meal was wonderful. Grill, hot and cold meat, european and local also fish. Fruits, green salads always, Exclusively lovely staff. Hotel has a private beach with tents and umbrellas. 5 minutes to walk. The sea is wavey but lifeguards always on the top. It was our second holiday there. It's not a Cote d'Azure it's Bulgaria but if You understand it You'll have a nice holiday. We want to come back.

The Apartment lies in only a short Way from Serdika Metro Station which makes arriving by Public Transport very convenient. Nevertheless it is located in a quit Neighbourhood. The Flat itself is tastefully decorated with historical Bulgarian pieces and furniture (Capitalising "ART" in the Name is fully justified). It comes with a Balcony and a very decently equipped kitchen which i really liked. The Host is a really communicative and cares about his guest.

From the first moment we arrived we knew this was a special place. The welcome from Alberto and Sabi made us feel at home and gave us plenty of great tips to explore this special corner of Bulgaria. The room was perfect with spectacular views of the bay, super comfortable beds and a unique design that filled us with inspiration. I look forward to the restaurant they are planning with tacos and ceviches on the rooftop. We can't wait to return to Sunset Art Hotel :)

This was not our first visit to the Jack Family Hotel, as the location is very convenient for us while travelling across Bulgaria to the Black Sea coast. It is in a quiet location on the outskirts of Stara Zagora, and the rooms are clean. We stayed in the newer cabin-type rooms in the back, which are compact but adequate, with a big Samsung TV. The hotel also has two high-class clay tennis courts which other guests were using.

Apartment, garden and a swimming pool ares are spotless clean and well kept. Apartment was pretty big with a terrace towards swimming pool. Equipped kitchen, free guest parking. As we are travelling with kids, playground near the pool was a grear bonus. Good money for value, actually we got more than I expected. Staff was friendly and smiling (uncommon in Bulgaria). We enjoyed our stay.

All in all this Hotel is the best Choice for Varna. The room was super clean with all amneties you may need. Everything is Brand new and the rooms are cleaned daily. The Welcoming was very warm as well as the Check-out experience. This was certainly the most pleasant stay we had not only in Varna, but in Bulgaria in General. Keep up the good work :)

Food was amazing - great variety, great quality, always replenished. Masterchef was a great guy! Staff was very friendly. Hotel is almost brand new (in 2022). Alcohol is OK, mostly Bulgarian spirits, beer is Becks. Parking is large enough for all guests. There are enough sunbeds for all guests. They spray against mosquitos.

Hotel Akre is a very convenient place to stay when visiting the Bulgarian seaside. The rooms are spacious, the beds are comfy, and we also had a small balcony. The towels were changed without request and the garbage collected. The fact it has breakfast is a plus.The staff was really polite and nice.

We really enjoyed our stay in Bulgarche Hotel. Rooms are nice, warm and cozy! Тhe staff is very polite, friendly and always willing to help you! There is also a great Bulgarian restaurant inside the hotel with very tasty Bulgarian cuisine. Highly recommended-it's a great place for relaxing!

I stayed in Gurko Hotel for the second time. The first time was a few years ago. Very spacious rooms, very friendly staff and beautifull building. Good restaurant also, with traditional Bulgarian gastronomy. When I will revisit Veliko Trnovo, Gurko will definetely be my first option.

It was our first time in Bulgaria and we had great time there, accommodation very good and bulgarians are nice and helpful people. When we arrived at the Hotel our apartment was nicely prepared for us and the owners themselves are always there for you in case you need something.

Hostel Canto was one of the nicest hostels we’ve stayed in. It was clean, modern, and the bed was super comfy. The facilities were great, it was nice to have a shower that wasn’t over the toilet as is common in Bulgaria.

Very nice neighborhood, in the center of Varna and nearby the beach and the park. The host was very, very helpful. In general, the Bulgarian hosts are very nice, but at Deluxe Apartments, I met a great person.

The Hotel excellent facilities attention to detail, excellent and varied menu Staff excellent and helpful. The surroundings could not be bettered. It must be the best resort in Bulgaria

I stayed there for L'Etape Bulgaria (bike race). Hotel's location was perfect. It was clean. Staff were nice and helpful. Everything was good.

It was my second time in BlueBay. Best hotel in Bulgaria!!! Definetly will back to the Hotel next time

Hotel Bulgaria is one of the best hotels in the country.

The spa was very good, the pools were warm, you cqn choose between an outdoor or an indoor pool. I enjoyed my massages as well. They also offer spa procedures I haven't found anywhere else before (like sole herbal sauna and baths with grape vinegar). The mini shower gels and shampoos smell really sweet (grape like) and your bathroom is filled with these on each room cleaning (which is every day). It was very clean and we had a balcony there.
