Cleythil is located outside Maldegem, a 20-minute drive from historic Bruges and 30 minutes' drive from Ghent and the North Sea beach. The garden offers views of the Drongengoed forests and fields. We chose the hotel because it was on our route, but it definitely is worth a special trip !!! we had dinner at a restaurant on site which was exceptional and breakfast had a great selection for every taste. Our granddaughter simply did not want to leave…

This Art Nouveau-style villa is situated in the Het Meetjesland area, only 1.2 km from the centre of Eeklo. Shamon features free Wi-Fi, spacious rooms and a garden with a terrace. What a magnificent hotel! I came to admire the beautiful Art Nouveau décor and indeed it was worth the trip. The house is beautifully renovated, there is a huge garden and a cosy lounge. I also liked my room under the roof. The breakfast is excellent (with homemade jams) and varied. The two hosts are warm and friendly people and one can only wish that they can continue to run this special house for a long time. The Het Leen forest park is a quarter of an hour's walk away, and there is plenty to do here (hiking, cycling).

Located in Evergem, 20 km from Sint-Pietersstation Gent, Gare 55 provides accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a shared lounge and a terrace. I had an amazing experience staying at Gare 55 Hotel and highly recommend it to anyone. The hospitality was excellent, they highly care about your comfortable stay. The rooms are clean, modern design and easily self-access. Located in a calm area, it offers a peaceful retreat while still being conveniently located. The breakfast is excellent and everything is fresh. Overall, Gare 55 provided an outstanding experience, and I would definitely stay here again.

The room exceeded my expectations, offering remarkable comfort. The staff's friendliness added a delightful touch to the experience. The overall value for what you receive is truly amazing. I highly recommend this establishment.

Featuring a garden and views of garden, CasaDeKaMa is a recently renovated bed and breakfast located in Evergem, 12 km from Sint-Pietersstation Gent. The welcome! Marc was wonderful and so jovial when we came in. He showed us around the common area downstairs which was equipped with their full kitchen that we could use to cook under Cathy's "supervision" and a sitting area. We also found out we had our own private entrance in the back and access to a washer and dryer and an extra bathroom (WC) in addition to the one we had in our room. Marc led upstairs to the room which was an elegantly converted attic with a sink, a shower with a toilet, a large bed and two small ones. All in one room. There was an expresso machine that he replenished every day, tea bags, chocolates outside of the room and a water bottle, glasses, and MMs for the kids. Outside, they have hens in a closed-in area and a nice cat whom they call "the real boss of the place." Their garden in the back is absolutely beautiful and very nice to hang out on the patio and deck where you can picnic or eat and drink at a large table with plenty of chairs and a nice parasol. Loved every minute of it.
