Super friendly hosts! we received a very warm welcome, they gave us nice tips and tricks about what to do in the region and nice places to eat/ go. the breakfast was just excellent! It is all fresh and prepared à la minute. Our room and hotel were very clean. Hotel is well situated, in the middle and close to all sightseeing activities. we can only recommend! I have been travelling to the Province of Limburg Belgiums since 1977 and have worked in Benelux so know the area very well. The people in this region cannot do enough for you to enjoy your stay either on business or on holiday that is why I keep coming back.
Hotel Limburgia is a very nice little hotel in Kanne. It is very clost to the Chateau Neerkanne, where we had dinner. Also walking and biking distance from Maastricht. The countryside is beautiful in the area.
The location is good to discover different parts of Limburg. Price-quality the room is ok and what you can expect. Hygiene ok.
The Staff working here were very friendly and professional. The location is great for walking access to the main city center.
I booked for twin beds but when we arrived it was 2 single beds put together as a double bed. But the staff kindly split it into 2 single beds. The hotel is about 10-15 min walk from the train station. And the receptionist is really nice and offered us champagne when we arrived. There is a beautiful lake behind the hotel.
The staff were super nice and helpful. It was my birthday and they rustled up a special birthday for me, much appreciated. The pool and sauna were lovely and fortunately not too busy.

The hotel located closed with village and with wonderful view of greenfield, very quiet and with fresh air. Facilities are pretty new. Cuisine are fantastic.
