Good location, close to the main street to ski resorts. You can quickly get to Zillertaler Arena or to Wildkogel Arena. The apartment is spacious, feels brand new, nice wooden furniture, very well equipped kitchen.

Petra, you are truly a great host! All of us felt so welcome from the moment we arrived. We were quite early but, checking in was no problem, the room was ready anyway. Last minute my daughter decided to join my son and me. Thanks to you this was made possible and my daughter was given a small room for herself. What a luxury for a twelve year old. We had a huge balcony and wonderful views. Room is cozy, warm and very clean. Every morning the room was cleaned and made tidy. Breakfast was delicious and elaborate. Different kinds of bread rolls, local delicacies like home made cheeses. There were cold cuts, juices, fresh fruit and on top of that, eggs any style. Because of work I stay in hotels every week but, Pension Kristall’s soft boiled eggs are the best and were cooked to perfection every morning. What a joy it was. My son does not have a lot of appetite in the morning. It was no problem to take two bread rolls up the mountain, thank you for that. In the evening there was a very enjoyable atmosphere in the breakfast room where guests were welcome to have their own snacks and drinks or buy a beer or lemonade from the fridge. There was also a communal fridge for guests. One more thing, when checking out, do not forget to buy a bottle of home made snapps. Petra, thanks for your advice how to drive back to Amsterdam and how to avoid possible problems because of the snow storm. You and your staff made our stay wonderful and we have great memories. Excellent wellness and very confortable beds

We loved this family hotel definitely. My 6 years old son enjoyed in the Kids club so much. He had fun there all day and thanks to the Kids club employees we were never worry about him. The food was delicious and there was enough variety for everyone. Probably we gained weight because of this restaurant :) The employees were very kind and friendly. The location is very close to the ski slopes. The room was very clean and warm. I believe this one is the best hotel in the region for families with children. We were very pleased and also extended our stay. We will definitely come again.

Location is great , steps away from the slopes, restaurant, shops. Apartments are very comfortable, nice, spacious and clean. Wellness area was great too.

Everything was just perfect. Really cozy apartments with a huge terrace and astonishing view. Very friendly and helpful hosts. We can recommend this accommodation to everyone. Will be happy to come back once again

Everything, it’s a lovely place. big rooms, spa and pool are clean, the staf will help you with everything.

The house is a mix of apartments (incl. kitchen) and hotel-like rooms. All have access to fitness and spa-area as well as the bar and the restaurant which offers breakfast and dinner. We loved the spa-area with the saunas and the little pool. It's not huge but perfect for relaxing after some hiking or to chill out at bad weather days. Service is great - helpful and friendly, you feel always welcome. We had a great time at the bar ;)! You should also give the restaurant a try - great Burger and Steaks! Breakfast is a bit pricy, but offers a good variety. If you prefer, you can have breakfast in one of the Cafés around, it's a bit cheaper. We can definitely recommend to stay here and will do so again :)
