Hotel Gamshof offers breakfast and a sauna The head receptionist is exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable about Kitzbühel and what goes on in and around the town. I especially enjoyed his impassioned talk about the famed Hahnenkamm race. Record speed 153 km/h 😱😱😱 He even gave me a 40€ refund for bumping my room down from a double to a single with a balcony. Loved the view from the balcony Location is within walking distance from the ski lifts and even closer to a ski bus stop. Everywhere else one needs to get to is close as well.

I had a delightful experience staying at Hotel Zimmermann. The host was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, providing valuable advice throughout my stay. We arrived early but we could already check in. A big plus! Very friendly and helpful personnel everywhere. Huge room, nice mountain view and very dog friendly (our dog got snacks at check-in and a bowl and blanket in the room). Good bed, great shower. Lots of storage. Dinner at the restaurant was excellent just like breakfast. Lots of walking trails nearby so you could leave your car in the hotel and do everything by foot. Walking distance to Kitzbuhel centre with shops and restaurants as well.

The location was great, a mile outside of the center of Kitzbühel. It was an easy walk to and around the beautiful Schwarzsee, where the Wilden Kaiser range was stunning in the distance especially at sunset. The apartment was very clean, and exactly as pictured. We stayed with our two teenage boys and there was plenty of room. The keys were left in a lock box since we arrived after 5pm. Staff were present each day and were very friendly. We had a wonderful 3 night stay!

Good location between Kirchberg in Tirol and Kitzbuhel, with lake Schwatzee in walking distance, good starting point to explorer mountains around. Apartment is big with wooden floors wooden beams, nicely equipped and there balcony with huge round table and breath taking view on Alps peaks. I believe it used to be old wooden barns, where they build 2nd floor to create this apartment . Owner is very friendly and always ready to help.

Modern and spacious room with all the needs. Continental breakfast containing typical (enough) food, could be better to add some more vegetables. Special thanks to LEON at the front desk that was extremely helpful with advise and directions. Parking is most of the time behind the hotel, and sometimes kind of "valet" when they park your car somewhere else. Will consider to stay again if we will arrive to Kitzbuhel.

A beautiful boutique hotel in Kitzbuhel! The room was super clean, everything was so neat and cute, and we had all the amenities one might need. You can cook in the room since it is fully equipped. The breakfast was dreamy, everything fresh and delicious! Very good location as well. The bus stop is about 2min walk and there are frequent rides to Hahnemkamn, just outside the ski gondola. I highly recommend it!

Location was really good. Hotel is 5min drive away from Kitzbuhel city center and few minutes on foot to lake where you can enjoy nice morning or afternoon walks. Hotel staff was super friendly and helpful. We really liked the vibe of the hotel with smaller number of hotel rooms. Thus, if you look for quite place where to stay, this is it. Hotel's restaurant was also nice with tasty dishes.

I recently stayed at Grand Tirolia Kitzbuhel and it was a delightful experience. The hotel boasts a breathtaking view, making every moment truly memorable. The service was amazing all the staff was welcoming especially Philip thank you on making our stay on the hotel exceptional. The 3rd floor staff are amazing on cleaning our penthouse and provide us with everything we need or we might need. The food is amazing in the hotel. breakfast was excellent variety and the dinner is delicious and the best in Kitzbühel.

Excellent value in Kitzbühel. A large, beautiful apartment, in a quiet residential area , with great views all around. Very gracious host, even waited at the train station for pick up late at night. I must add that I loved the provided coffee and the coffee machine, first time I booked a room with a real espresso machine , and automatic grinder :)

The place is very near to Kitzbühel ( 2 min driving). The owner is very nice and kind person. She brought fresh bread every morning and was always helpful. The apartment was very clean, cozy and warm. The kitchen was everything you need, if you want to prep a meal. Everything was more than pleasant. We will definetely come back next time!

Kitzbuhel is amazing. The chalet is conveniently located just outside town. It is an easy walk to everything. We did not have a car, but we rented a couple of ebikes and explored the countryside. The chalet has a very functional and well appointed kitchen that allowed us to eat in a couple of nights. The beds were very comfortable...

I think this is top at everything, great location to Mountian/Bahn/Town, great view, traditional Austrian Mountain Style Vibe if you prefer, top service of Austrian Hotel Standard, hotelrooms or Apartment..........couldn't be better to have some days relaxing in Kitzbühel mountians

Beautiful Hotel, in a great location, It was a pleasure having breakfast every morning looking at the snowy mountains, the breakfast was beautiful, nothing was too much trouble. The staff were amazing and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who is planning a trip to Kitzbuhel.

The house is a beautiful, traditional Austrian beauty - with a cosy and homely setting. It’s location is amazing, only a couple minutes walk into town which is handy. On top of that, the staff were welcoming and extremely helpful, all in all a perfect stay in Kitzbuhel!

The Tennerhof Hotel in Kitzbühel offers stunning mountain views from its breakfast area, garden, and pool, with a beautifully maintained, chateau-like garden. The breakfast was exceptional, featuring a wide selection of high-quality ingredients well above standard.

Everything was better than my expectations. Hotel staff was completely helpful and friendly. Check in-out process was very fast. Location is also very good. I strongly recommend this hotel to everybody and if I go Kitzbühel again I will definitely stay there.

Lovely apartment, beautifully clean and in an excellent location for the Hahnenkam and Kitzbühel town. We were in Austria for Mother's day and enjoyed a free cable car ride up the Kitzbühel Horn. Only a short stay but would love to come back again soon.
