Hotel Platzl is situated in the village of Auffach in the Wildschönau high valley, just 120 metres from the cable car to the Schatzberg ski resort. The sound isolation in the hotel was excellent, it was quiet in the room nevertheless there was an event on the ground floor. Thick curtains didn't let the daylight in the room so it was comfortable to sleep. The interior and furniture were tasteful. Quite spacious bathroom. Nice garden surrounding the hotel. Excellent and tasty breakfast, wide assortment of food, also warm buffet.

It offers free Wi-Fi and a spa with an indoor pool. amazing location, perfectly located near a train station, 1 min to the main gondola, five minutes walk from the city very centre. Very clean, good breakfast, nice staff, very good and clean spa and pool to unwind after the ski.

Built in 1897 in the Art Nouveau style, the Erika is one of the most traditional and renowned hotels in Kitzbühel and is just a 3-minute drive away from the Hahnenkamm Cable Car. Excellent hotel. Clean and spacious rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. Very good breakfast and dinner choices in the restaurant. Very good spa area with experienced staff. Overall, we had an excellent 4 night stay. Highly recommended!

Everything was perfect. The owners and the staff who run the hotel are wonderful hosts. Every meal was superb and the facilities available are exceptional.

Hotel Theresia Garni is only 150 metres from the Bergbahnen Sankt Johann Cable Car and 250 metres form the centre of Sankt Johann in Tirol. The hotel was fantastic. The room was large and comfortable, with a table, TV with a channel guide, a balcony with an outdoor table and an incredible view. The bathroom was not large but very clean and had a shower gel dispenser in the shower. The host was absolutely marvelous and attentive. Breakfast is pretty good with enough choice of cheeses, hams and breads, and a particular focus on a variety of yoghurts, local pastries and marmalades. The location is also amazing if you want to hike in the Kitzbüheler Alpen or go to the attractions in the mountain. Just a few minutes walking from the Hotel is the Harschbichl cable car station that takes you to 1.600 m altitude, from where you can continue upwards to the Kitzbühelerhorn, take a tandem paraglider flight or ride a mountaincart down to the lower station. There's also a few pretty good Italian restaurants in the town and the town center is small but cozy.

Set right next to the cross-country and biathlon ski run and 1 km from the Pillersee Cable Car, the eco-frienedly Fairhotel Hochfilzen B&B is Tyrol's first passive energy hotel in the quaint village... I highly recommend this hotel if you are close to Innsbruck or South Bavaria. We traveled from there to Berchtesgaden and it took us through breathing windy roads through the Alps. We arrived late and we were welcomed by friendly staff. Breakfast was a buffet and also a cooked option. Delicious. And the restaurant was with the view - the hotel is based in the middle of the mountains. Room and bathroom were spotless clean. Piece and quiet. Highly recommended.
