Located at the entrance to the Karwendel Nature Reserve in Pertisau, the Sonnenhof is next to the Achensee Golf Course. All rooms and apartments have a balcony with panoramic mountain views. Absolutely fantastic accommodation, clean spacious apartments. Phenomenal breakfast, great selection of quality ingredients, from a diverse range of juices to a selection of salami and cheese. You can order omelette, scrambled eggs or hamenex. I recommend trying their ESS bar restaurant for dinner - it deserves a Michelin star. Extremely helpful staff, including the owner, who always talked to us at the bar and took care of the guests. Great respect - one of the best accommodations we've been to.

Very nice place and comfortable, freshly furnished family hotel. The loft room is located on the third floor, with a huge terrace offering a magnificent view of the mountains and the golf course. The room is designed as a single space (bath and shower in the room), separate toilet. Mattress and bed linen are very good. To the beach 7 minutes walk. Very tasty and rich breakfast, lots of fruits, freshly prepared egg dishes, even fried chanterelles (!).

We spent in Frankenhof Hotel 5 nights. I liked everything - cosy and clean room with nice view of mountains, very good breakfast, close proximity to the cable car in Seefeld and Mittenwald (Karwendel) and very hospitable hostess! Spa area is very big and very beautiful, plenty of swimming pools (indoors, heated outdoors, heated outdoors jacuzzi) saunas, relaxation rooms, everything very comfortable, beautiful and clean. It is worth to visit this hotel just because of such nice spa. Location is very good, close (walking distance) to city centre, on the hill, so with very nice view to the town and mountains. Breakfast was excellent.

The staff on reception were exceptional and this continued through the rest of the hotel. The room was a very good size and spotlessly clean The food was outstanding Plenty to do in the spa area and swimming outside in water at 30 degrees while watching the snow on the mountains was a fantastic experience. Will definitely visit in the summer to use the swim pond. Plenty of organised activities, or simply relax and unwind

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel for a week with my 2-year-old. The friendly staff made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived, and their attentive service was much appreciated. The hotel's location was ideal, allowing us to easily explore the area's attractions. What stood out to me was the delicious food offered at the hotel's restaurant, which both my toddler and I enjoyed. Overall, a fantastic experience that I would highly recommend to others looking for a family-friendly and well-located place to stay.

We were staying for a family reunion and the entire staff went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. We loved the breakfast each morning and sitting on the patio with the whole family for drinks in the evening.
