Our stay was just wonderful. The hotel is super sweet located a bit outside the Old Town but no problem getting there in bus. It’s in a quiet area near the most gorgeous park. We took a bus to our hike which was convenient. Staff are super friendly and helpful. The room had a kitchen which we used. Basics to prepare breakfast and small omelette dinners. Groceries nearby. Highly recommend.

The hotel was very clean, nice atmosphere, coffee machine in the room, hot shower, comfortable bed and pillow. The room was not big, but it had everything we needed for three nights in Innsbruck. it was very close to the shopping street, Maria Thereza Strasse, the train station, the historic center, Golden Roof, Hapsburg palace and the funicular to Alpenzoo were around 15 minutes walking. Plenty of restaurants near by and I highly recommend the Gusto Pizzeria just in front of the hotel. The pasta and pizza were superb. The front desk people were very nice, polite and willing to help in anything we needed. I really appreciated that. when we plan our next visit to Innsbruck, we’ll gladly come back to Nala Individualhotel.

We stayed twice overnight. The person at reception each time spoke English, was friendly and gave good advice. (On recommendation, we ate at Gasthaus Anica and would recommend it for Austrian food). It is definitely a budget hotel. The facilities are basic but it has all you need and was spotless and clearly well maintained. Although not cheap, it was still less expensive than anything else we could find. The location is excellent for train, Flixbus and for the interesting parts of Innsbruck.
Warm welcome and friendly and helpful staff. Nothing too much trouble. Hotel was very nice and in a quiet location. Wonderful views of the mountains from the balcony and the close proximity to Innsbruck made it very easy to travel around and explore the surrounding area. Breakfast was a short walk to a neighbouring hotel (where reception was also based) and was very good - a buffet with lots of choice, which was regularly restocked. Room very clean and comfortable. A great place to stay.

Perfect location to stay if you want to see all beauties of Tirol, Apartment is located in the typically Tirol house, it is very big with 2 living rooms, 3 bedrooms, WC, toilette, and kitchen. Kitchen is special, it have all possible electrical appliances you need :) Beautiful view from every room, small but beautiful garden and parking place in closed garage. Owner Angela was so kind, she gave us some tourist cards for free public transport in Innsbruck . Defiantly all recommendations.....

The attractive paneled hotel restaurant serves very good traditional Austrian fare ,with an extensive wine list. The location is just outside the historic center - 3 minute walk, and the parking is on-site. Rooms are clean, beds comfortable, but otherwise unremarkable. All in all, a good mid-range choice to stay in Innsbruck.
We were kindly given a room upgrade to a high floor, the view of the mountain was spectacular. All the staff were approachable & professional, we found the hotel very welcoming. The breakfast was superb & catered to varied groups of travellers. The sauna & steam rooms were very relaxing & well laid out. Location was great for getting around Innsbruck & arriving by train.

Hotel Gruberhof is perfect for a ski trip or weekend away with your family! It really feels like a cozy lodge and was great to go back to after a day in Innsbruck or on the slopes. We ended up extending our stay by multiple days. Management is amazing and friendly, they helped us with everything we needed. Apartment Mischa was a great place to explore Innsbruck, just a short walk over the bridge to the old town, bakery just down the street and safe uncovered car parking. Everything was in walking distance and having a kitchen was a bonus. Emil was great at communicating with us and met us at the apartment to help us in and provide some information of the town.

Modern, clean, quiet, and comfortable bed. Large, well appointed apartment (no microwave, but this wasn’t an issue for us) with laundry facilities and parking on site. Located in a mixed use residential/ commercial district a wee way out of central Innsbruck but not far by car and public transport options are easy. Excellent host, great communication.
Good for Skiing - Oberperfuss is 5 minutes from Hotel, Location is generally good, Train to Innsbruck is just in front of the Hotel (400 m) - Very Cosy, Friendly. Sauna is FANTASTIC - very big and comfortable, can be used individually and surely worth money - I have no idea why Hotel tell not much about its great sauna and rooms for relax
Chef was very good and her food especially homemade soup great. Hotel family owned and run. Staff very friendly, Mia the waitress/ barmaid perhaps manager was exceptional and made our stay. The views from our room were really good when the weather was good. The local tram was great and took us in to Innsbruck city very cheaply.
Excellent location, close to station and right on the river and old town. Easy walking distance to everything. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Delicious dinner at the restaurant. Hotel was clean, cosy and the beds were like sleeping on a cloud. Would absolutely stay again or recommend to anyone travelling to Innsbruck.

Great apartment in a wonderful location. Spacious and comfortable. Good wifi, washing machine and dishwasher. Nice sun terrace at the back receiving afternoon sun. Only 100 meters to tram stop which runs down to Innsbruck. About a 10 minute walk into Lans which has 3 pubs/restaurants. Helmut is an attentive host.

The place is not directly in Innsbruck but the bus that will bring you to Innsbruck city center is only less than 5 minutes walk by foot. The host also offered Innsbruck welcome card so that we can take the public transportation for free 😊
The breakfast room was excellent. Fresh food and plentiful. Staff was amazing. Very friendly and helpful. The hotel was a bit removed from Innsbruck; a twenty minute bus ride, but an easy commute. It was nice being in the countryside. Hotel was very clean and offered fresh fruit and pastries all day long.
