My room was upgraded, as there was a room with a balcony with lake view, which was very nice. This area of Lake Sevan is less crowded, compared to the shores closer to Yerevan, and this makes the property very peaceful, surrounded by pure nature. You don't see noisy picnickers, cars here and the territory is very well taken care of. The staff was very attentive and friendly. They went extra mile and agreed to give me my breakfast at 12:00 !!

Arman and his family members are true kind, communicative and provided all we needed. Responses are fast! The apartment is after totally renovation, design is 10 out 10, it is cozy and nice. Location is also good because you can reach Sevan lake 15 minutes by walking and Sevanavank is 7-9 minutes by taxi. Nearby in 7 minutes there are 3-4 marketplaces, couple of nice cafes, and true nature around. We are thanking Arman's family to welcoming us at their place!!!

The building is absolutely unique as historical memory. "The Chess House" as it was named by architects and then they spent 15 years in Stalin's gulag. They returned and finished built-up the restaurant like a platform to contemplate the Sevan lake and monastery churches on the top of peninsula. I absolutely impressed my stay there, even if the hotel waiting for the UNESCO reconstruction. A few days there will be unforgettable.
Lavash hotel and restaurant is a wonderful local family run establishment situated right on Sevan lake. This is a must stay when at lake Sevan as the cabins are so cosy. We booked one with a lake view and it was very beautiful to wake up to the lake view whatever the season, we had sun and snow and both were magical! The food and wine in the restaurant is very delicious and affordable. My wife and I would definitely stay there again!

Amazing hosts,very friendly,3 times they brought me tasty Armenian food to my room for free,made me warm living room,I recommend everybody to stay at this guest House when you visit Sevan lake.They also rent a bycle,they have bycle with name Ferrari,amazing. The hostel is really nice and cozy. I was travelling alone.but I felt like at home. You can borrow bikes and visit the beautiful Sevan lake (even in November 🙂). The owner and all the people who worked there were really nice, I also stayed in their hostel in Dilijan, and had an amazing time! I would defenetly reccomend staying here!

Everything was amazing. My phone stopped working so the host helpped me to buy a new one even it was a late evening. Everything was very clean and in the morning i had a very good breakfast. There was a wifi, coffe, tea, warm water and a beautiful garden.
