The Service was excellent. We celebrated my birthday at Ramada and the staff did everything in their power to make it a phenomenal experience. I would give them a 10 star rating if I could.

-the staff were very helpful and polite especially the valet staff -the room was a decent size and ready way before check in time -It was right by the Casino which was convenient and not too far from Clifton hill. -its surrounded by restaurants and also has an arcade attached to it. -Would 100% stay here again or even try another Wyndham hotel

I have stayed at other Ramadas before I like this one because it had a pool however, I did not use it

It is an old facility, it was noisy, the elevator one was broken , no refrigerator in the room, no iron , no safety box. No breakfast included as at the Ramada Belleville

The location was very nice and peaceful, not far from the attractions but not to close. The 2 ladies that worked the front were both amazing and I enjoyed chatting with them. We stayed in the jacuzzi suite which was nice and comfortable. The only issue is the shower is super small and after being in there 3 days we needed a real shower lol. We will def be back and highly recommend THIS Ramada 👌

I normally stay at properties right by the falls, but decided to save some money this time and book with Ramada. It was about a 20 minute walk to the falls which was not bad. Hotel value was ok! No complaints.

There was nothing to like about. They charge you an arm and a foot but they provide very little in terms of facilities. There are just 2 elevators at the lobby and both take an eternity to arrive. They charge for parking. The bathroom door had no lock and the a/c made more noise than a tank! The table lamp and alarm clock were unplugged and they could do with better housekeeping! I used to think Ramada was a brand name. It satisfies very little for the amount they charge! And it is not very conveniently located from the falls!

Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and room was very clean. Exactly what you would expect from a Ramada hotel. Sadly pool was still closed due to COVID so could not comment on that, but beds were very comfortable. Great location as well, a quick drive to many Niagara activities.
