Everything, if you are a family with children :) The spa, the swimming pool, the services, the cleanliness, the restaurant and the kids play area. Everything. We felt like being taken care of, in a way that we didn't have to ask for anything. It was all thought of in advance and with good price/ quality balance. We relaxed, we had the chance to try all the swimming pools and the spa so we felt quite pampered, really. The outdoor jacuzzi was perfect too, because it combines the indoor comfort with the wild nature.
The breakfast was varied and delicious, with a lot of fresh fruits and vegetables and good coffee. We particularly enjoyed the indoor swimming pools, they weren't very crowded during our stay, so it was lovely to just relax and read a book after a good swim. The room was spotless, with fresh towels provided every day, and even if it was facing the main street, there was no traffic noise at night.

I liked everything, the room service was great. Several option for breakfast. The restaurant was really pleasant. The spa was great, sauna, swimming pool, outdoor jacuzzi, very relaxing.
Still a good hotel, excellent location with a great view from the room, common spaces look good, staff is friendly, they have two indoor swimming pools (one is quite large), parking, the restaurant Tirol is really tasty and makes a good choice for kids and adults as well.

We traveled with 2 small kids and we just loved the hotel. It has an amazing indoors playground and several swimming pools where kids can play irrespective of the weather outside. The hotel is so clean and the staff so friendly. Also, the breakfast was extremely tasty

The hotel is safe, clean, offers an indoor swimming pool, good breakfast and the staff is polite. I believe that some of the rooms have a nice view over Brasov. Covid-related requirements are well observed.
This was our second stay here, almost one year apart, and I am so pleased to see that things not only did not degrade, but actually got even better! The menu was improved, the spa center, swimming pool and outdoor hot tub and jacuzzi were opened for business. Add to all these the same friendliness of the staff (yes, Philippines employees are super professional and always with a smile on their faces, even with masks on) and the free charging points for EVs and you have the recipe for a perfect weekend and a ticket for booking here again.
