What a fab place, a lovely cottage on a vineyard stocked with lots of local produced goodies for breakfast, with farm animals to feed, a hot tub to soak in and being in the heart of wine country, and not forgetting the friendly hosts we truly wish we had more than 2 nights here.

Alex and Peter were so friendly and kind. Their dogs are very friendly too. The property was beautiful. We enjoyed a very nice dinner. We even pet their horses! What a place! We enjoyed the many conversations about life in New Zealand.

Friendly receptionist and very accommodating to make changes as we were not happy that we booked a room on booking dot com that said sea views, only to find out that we were on the bottom floor overlooking an empty swimming pool. Pictures on booking.com deceiving I felt.
the stay was comfortable and great sized bed. Had a trampoline and swimming pool which were great to use in the down time. Didn't quite have a family playground but my child enjoyed the slide. Generous sized bathroom was a bonus
Warm welcome and check out. Great location. Nice and quiet. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Good size with a desk and couple of chairs. Had a shower over the bath. Nice soft fluffy towels and 3 ply toilet paper! Tea/coffee in room. Great selection of magazines and books to read. Had a lovely evening meal at the Japanese restaurant in the complex, which also hada breakfast menu. An option of a bar meal also in the complex. Swimming pool available. Good bathroom heater.
Nice swimming pool, for the hot pools you pay extra. Kitchen is nice and clean and if necessary you can use plates/ cups/ cutlery etc. from the kitchen.
WE HAD THE WHOLE PLACE TO OUR SELVES AND IT WAS VERY QUITE. THE FRIDGE WAS JAM PACKED WITH EVERYTHING YOU COULD POSSIBLY NEED TO LIVE ON. WE HAD USE OF THE BIKES AND THE OWNER EVEN LET US USE HER SWIMMING POOL.

A beautiful location with great swimming off the nearby jetty. We liked the strong focus on nature and the great little library of nature books. The hosts were very friendly and the accommodation was very comfortable with the nice luxury of an espresso machine. The garden was very pleasant and there were lots of indoor and outdoor games (including a pool table). We were there for 5 nights and didn't use the TV at all! Being at the start of the Queen Charlotte track was good as it was perfect for a 3km run to a sandy bay.
