The people and service were amazing, friendly, professional and always helpful. They went the extra mile to help. The facilities (pool, spa, sauna, gym) were all world-class. If you like to work out, bring some gym shorts and shoes as the gym is very well equipped. Or just relax at the end of the day in the rooftop, heated pool as we did. The food was sublime. Breakfast offered everything you could want and dinner was magnificent. A new creative, delicious menu every night with a variety of choices.

We stayed one night in a standard room and really liked it so we extended for another 2 nights (1 in suite). Everything was great, the breakfast, the dinner, the spa and wellness area, indoor as well as outdoor pool and jacuzzis. We would like to go back.

From the initial welcome with Prosseco and a salad buffet to the goodbye with a nice little gift, our stay was absolutely fantastic. The facilities and rooms are great in one of the most beautiful areas we have visited. Special thanks to Germán, Leonardo, Zeeshan and the tall gentleman at reception, who looked after us extremely well. The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly, making us feel welcome and valued throughout our stay. The standout moment of our visit was undoubtedly the delicious dinner we enjoyed – a plate of perfectly prepared spaghetti with seafood that left our taste buds in awe. One of the great perks of our stay was the city card provided by the hotel. This card granted us free access to various modes of public transportation and museums, adding incredible value to our trip. It made exploring the city and its cultural attractions a breeze. What truly set this hotel apart, though, was the breathtaking view it offered. Both our rooms and the restaurants provided extraordinary vistas that left us in awe. The combination of good food and spectacular scenery made our evenings at the hotel unforgettable. The convenience of public transportation from the hotel to the city center was another highlight. The bus station was conveniently located right in front of the hotel, ensuring that getting around the city was both easy and hassle-free.
