The place is so charming and comfortable, modernly renovated with so much good taste and perfectly clean. Super welcoming for families with kids. The breakfast was home made, local and so delicious. Romantica mansion with a nice garden and swimming pool in a reall nice place close to the Lake Como with own parking. The apartment was absolutely clean and fully equipped with everything you need for a life. The owners are really kind and helpful with all request and questions. The mansion is close to the noisy road, the sleeping room is, however, on the opposite side and it's no problem with the noise within nights. We would like to spend more time in and will be back in the future for sure.
Location was perfect. Basically walk out of the hotel, over the road, down to the lake and follow the lake round to Como centre. It's just a 20 minute walk. Breakfast was great. So much selection to chose from. I chose a room with lake views and it was stunning. The room was comfortable, spacious and clean. The room was perfect. If you want comfort, clean and rooftop swimming pool with lake views then the Hilton is the place to stay. The staff were lovely and helpful. There's no bad word to say about it.

There are two separate independent apartments in the house, very well equipped kitchens and bathrooms.Apartments are spacious, clean and comfortable.Very nice swimming pool and hot tube. Landlady was very kind and helpful.Nice garden with garden furnitures and grill. It is nice place to relax for two families with children. They have a lot od fun in the garden.
Lots of space in this beautiful house, swimming pool and hot tub were very nice. Grounds were beautiful, loved the donkeys. Host was friendly and attentive, facilities were all great. We had an amazing time and would love to come back.

The property is enormous and truly spectacular. Straight out of a movie. Includes a swimming pool, tennis courts, outdoor/indoor gym, and unlimited dining spots with unforgettable views. The interior is classic Italian elegance.
It's a quiet place, where you can have an Italian breakfast at the bar downstairs: cappuccino with a croissant (they call it brioche) and people are welcoming. The place is well equipped and clean. The owner is very nice and provided with pizza delivery details. There is an outdoor swimming pool down in Cernobbio. We spent a wonderful time there.
Very nice and modern room with perfect/direct lake view. Pleasant hosts and very good breakfast. There is no place for swimming pool but outdoor jacuzzi and sunny terrace compensate this.
