A wonderful resort. Friendly staff going the extra mile to make your stay special. Incredible views. Fabulous spa and pool. Regular shuttle into town. Buzzy lounge with comfy seating. This is a family run hotel and as such, felt like we were at home in the Alps. Staff, room size, welcome, everything was amazing. Pool with hot tub area was a nice bonus after a day on skis.
Hotel is really good and we would like to come back again. Our room was clean and cozy with a mountain view. Don’t forget to take your swimming suits because I really recommend you to visit spa in this hotel. It has an amazing view and outside pool as well. Breakfast was included in our stay and it was actually good. There were a lot of different dishes and snacks and everyone can find what they like.
Great place and wonderful hosts. Barbara and her husband were extremely friendly and informative. We were three adults, and the room fitted us perfectly. The swimming pool, the spa with the magnificent panoramic view, the cozy lounge in front of a fireplace, and the breakfasts - all were perfect. On the last day, they also offered us to come back and shower in the pool area after skiing (we checked out from the room that morning).
Pros: - Spa was absolutely great: swimming pool, jacuzzi, 3 saunas, and cosy corners to chill. They also serve free tea and fruits and. - Breakfast had not that many options, but still more than enough and quality of the food was very good. - Room was cosy with a good view on Matterhorn We’ve been here almost in the end of the ski season - end of April. Hotel was almost empty and we liked the experience a lot. Compliments to staff (especially Renato) who made our experience awesome.
