Dating back to 1845, this contemporary country house hotel boasts free WiFi and free parking. Their shuttle service between points on the estate was a wonderful service and greatly appreciated. The Hawk Walk was a very special experience made even better by a warm welcome from Yvonne and by our lovely guide Neamh. The meals at The Lodge and at Cullens on the grounds of the estate were excellent.

The property is non-smoking and is located 37 km from Ballycroy National Park. The warm welcome and the real cosy flat. It is lovely decorated which gives a home feeling. Also all was perfectly clean. The location is perfect to travel around the coast of Mayo. Belmullet offers plenty of opportunities for daily shopping and nice pubs to end the evening with a cozy pint. Only one remark for impovement: An additional big cooking pot and sharper knifes would be helpful.

Breakfast was lovely on our first morning but overcooked on the second & last morning. Room absolutely fantastic everything about it was great…bed really comfy,bath & shower lovely…everywhere clean.

I arrived late in the evening after the kitchen had closed. The staff kindly made sure I would not go to bed hungry and made me delicious warm scones. I could see it was a team effort and am super grateful to all involved.
