We especially liked the afternoon tea, where you could sit at the rooftop bar and completely unwind. But we also enjoyed the food and drinks in the restaurant, the view from our balcony, the spa and gym...We already dream of coming back here one day!

Janur Bungalow offers an accommodation in Borobudur, set in a village surrounded by rice fields. It boasts an outdoor pool with overflow circulation system. The property is 5-minute drive away from Borobudur Temple. Everything was just perfect. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Bobby, his wife and the staff were super friendly and helpfull. The breakfast was just amazing, very tasty and beautiful served each time😍 Room was very stylish , bed comfortable, bathroom and shower very good. Great pool area to relax with nice view. The area is quiet and there are no restaurants near by but there is one market on the corner for basic stuff( 2 min walking)and one warung close by open from 9:00 to 18:00 with delicious and cheap food for dinner.( About 5 min walk) . Borobudur temple is just 10 min with the taxi ( you can get there allready for 20-30 k ). About 1.5 h drive to the airport . Thank you for the lovely stay!

Foods are great, with lots of options to choose from, and the portion is super generous. FANTASTIC breakfast! Feels like a queen on a mini banquet. The villa looks very lovely, got a feel of staying in Central Java's traditional house. It is also very comfortable inside, with modern amenities. The AC is cold, helps to cool down if there is any heatwave. Love the shower with the plants and stone wall too. Swimming pool is clean and has a nice size. There are activities to choose from, arranged by the resort. They can also arrange transport to the city center or airport. Staffs are super helpful and knowledgeable. All and all good value for money. Great place to unwind. Resort is beautifully designed.

We felt very welcome by the lovely staff and we loved the facilities (the pool and restaurant)! The first room we stayed in had a minor problem with the pipes, but the staff helped us get a new room right away free of charge. They also have three very cute turtles that sometimes walk around in the garden!
