The hotel’s spa is situated in the converted stable block, and a 5-minute stroll through the gardens will bring you to the pool complex, with spa bath, steam room and sauna. The Grade 1 listed manor house hotel and the gardens were superb. All staff were extremely helpful, friendly and attentive at all times. The room was beautifully decorated and the bath in the room, overlooking the pastureland, was so relaxing. The swimming pool, sauna, steam room and jaccuzzi were well maintained. A real treat to spend time in. The restaurant menu selection was very good and the food delicious. We ate in the Bar Lounge one evening and again the staff were very helpful even though we were near the cut off time for food they made sure we were served with what we wanted with a smile. The whole stay was fabulous and I wholeheartedly recomment it for a relaxing and pampered stay in the countryside.
