Exceptional hotel, with exelent service! Not a single thing was wrong.

The private terrace comes with an additional table and sun loungers. The apartment complex offers a bar and a mini-market on site, as well as a games room. The apartment was great, a lot of space and a wonderful view of sea and Los Gigantes either from the room or from the restaurant and swimming pool. Staff is very friendly.

Apartments have a balcony, fan and living room with satellite TV and a sofa bed. There is a kitchen with a fridge, kettle, coffee maker and kitchenware. The private bathroom comes with a hairdryer. The upgraded appartment was excellent. The reception staff when they realised a mistake had been made with our booking handled the situation in a very apologetic, polite and professional manner. Despite our initial disappointment their efforts were very welcome and appricated by us. They are a credit to their workplace.

The elegant rooms at the Vincci Selección La Plantación del Sur have a balcony and sea views. They include an interactive flat-screen TV, and a separate hydromassage shower and bath. I don’t write reviews very often, but when there is a hotel that exceeds all expectations with such excellent service, then I feel compelled to leave a review. The staff was amazing, from check-in to checkout, not to mention the hotel itself was beautiful.

We stayed just one night, but for the future we will try to stay longer in this Appartement. Everything was clean and prepared for us. You have nice balcony and side view to the sea. You need no more than 5 minutes to the beach. Our recommendation for sure!
