The host was friendly and welcoming and organised hiring bikes for us. The property was very clean and tastefully decorated. The bed was very comfortable and we had 4 good nights sleep! The pool was fabulous, a nice addition especially in the hot weather.

This family-run hotel has an indoor pool and a 9th-floor café with panoramic views. It stands beside the Witten Saalbau/Haus Witten convention centre, a 5-minute walk from Witten Train Station. Food was really good. Rooms really clean and comfy. Staff amazing, even though not all speak English well they were very nice and helpful.

We stayed in the apartment, which was really large and well equipped. Good German breakfast, we enjoyed the breakfast room and the old-fashioned crockery. The hotel is close to the U-Bahn to central Duisburg. Recommended!
