The staff were great especially the young lady at reception with short hair and glasses with very good English. Even the house keepers were really friendly. Everything was very clean and welcoming. Definitely chose the best place to stay in the Black Forest!

We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely apartment. Both the housekeeper and host were attentive and are happy to answer any questions that you may have. They have taken the time to ensure the place is well set up to make your stay very comfortable and the apartment itself is spacious, very clean and well organised. The location is wonderful as it is very close to the lake and there is also an excellent view of the lake from the private balcony. The pool was exceptionally clean and also a quiet place to relax. A perfect place to stay if you are looking for a relaxing family holiday.

Situated in Eschbach, within 23 km of Freiburg (Breisgau) Central Station and 24 km of Freiburg Cathedral, Studio in der alten Scheune offers accommodation with free WiFi, air conditioning, a seasonal... The place was great! It was a good size, we were a group of 3 adults and would have had room for one more person. I'd say it's perfect for a small family. The location was a little inconvenient if you're planning on spending most of your time in Freiburg, but the little village is really cute! There's a bus every hour, or in the next village (approx 20min walk) there's a regional train, which is about 20mins into Freiburg. We left early in the morning, spent the whole day in Freiburg, and headed back in the late evening. The host was really lovely! She gave us some suggestions on sights worth seeing, and was very accommodating!
