1. Great location. Everything is at arm's length. 2. The room is big. The first living room is a bit dark. The beds are comfortable, beautiful view from the window. 3. There is underground multi-level paid parking. 4. There is a indoor swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna, BUT.....
Room is very spacious, fully equipped and well designed in a very modern building. I really like your LED Room Control Panel which integrated every room function in it. Even though the entrance from main W Georgia St is dedicated to Bar and F&B, the hotel lobby could be connected, but not all the time, via a nice circular staircase. Fitness is well equipped with top line equipment. There are swimming pool and semi-outdoor hot tub. Again, they have big pub and F&B function right besides the pool.
Room was spacious, bathroom is quite big compare to hotels of similar grade. The place is considered clean. Lots of outlets to charge phones and computers. There's a small microwave above the fridge. There's an outdoor swimming pool. Hot tub is under renovation.

Loved the indoor swimming pool, hot tub and sauna. We loved the old school nature of the place. We actually had a real key to our room, not a plastic one. Very central location. Close to Costco. White Spot is right next to the Inn.
The location is wonderful. 5 min walk to the beach and shopping and restaurant are just by side. My family enjoyed the indoor swimming pool and outdoor hot tub/swimming pool. The Kitchenette is great! The staff is very professional and helpful. We liked here so much that we rebooked it on our way back. Will book here again when we visit Kelowna next time.
