The staff responded promptly to my e-mails during the day informing them of our indeterminately late arrival. After a chaotic travel day, we arrived at the hotel at 1am. Check-in was welcoming and smooth, the apartment was spotless and extremely comfortable, the receptionist found us a bottle of wine - perfect hospitality in the situation. In the morning we were able to order a good breakfast from the restaurant downstairs. We stayed only one night but would definitely stay there again on our next visit to Brisbane. The room rate was fair - not inexpensive, but value for money.

It features a lagoon-style swimming pool and free WiFi is provided. Great location right across from the beach and walking distance to restaurants. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The unit was spotless with no waiting for the elevator. The pool is kept at a comfortable 28.5 C. There is no dishwasher in the unit and as the rooms overlook a fairly busy road you will get some traffic noise while sitting on the balcony during the day.
