We got upgraded to the bungalow, very spacious and nice. Breakfast was good, hotel staff even kept it longer open just for us. The swim area to the lake is directly connected to the hotel, it is a bit small though, but nothing unusual for this area of the lake. Velden Center is walking distance and there is enough space in the car parking at all times.
