Located at the entrance to Bad Vigaun, 15 km from Salzburg, Hotel Langwies features a spa area and a bathing pond. Hallein and the A10 motorway are a 5-minute drive away, and a train station is just opposite the hotel. Trains are reaching Salzburg centre within 30 minutes. The room design, the view from windows, the balcony which was divided in two (1 for the cold season, 1 for the warm season), the wellness area, the restaurant, the fact that wherever you went, there were pots filled with apples, full of taste and you could serve yourself at any time. The kids play ground. The nice/warm rest area at the reception. Everything in this hotel is thought out to the smallest detail. Behind the hotel is a train station and we had a connection to Salzburg every half hour. At the reception we received free tickets for public transport for the 3 days, for the whole family (2 adults+2 kids). We were completely pampered at this hotel. I definitely recommend it.

I travel a lot, so there are just a few places where I give 10. This is the place! In this lovely house as you check the little details you will see that the owners did everything for your comfort and it was done by heart. Is a perfect place to stay.

Our small family run hotel is located about 5km south of the old town of Salzburg, in a quiet and scenic location. The hotel offers free Wi-Fi and free parking for your car, as well as a bike garage for your bikes. There are also free bikes to rent and E-Bikes for a small fee. The property was beautiful and very well kept. The views were awesome. The bus into Salzburg was just around the corner and so easy and convenient. Around a 15 minute bus ride. Easy to and from Salzburg. We borrowed bikes and rode our bikes to Hellbrun Palace. It was a beautiful ride on easy paved bike trails. Breakfast was delicious and the service all around exceptional. I highly recommend.
